What a well maintained, well managed operation! Quiet, friendly, CLEAN. The manager as friendly as she was, took no junk, didn't allow riff raff, never screened a call after hours. Lord say a bad word out loud in public, and she let you know it was a family atmosphere and it wouldn't be tolerate....NICELY. Felt safe, never worried about my vehicle. It was a pleasure for sure.

Manager Lyn is wonderful
Safe comfortable place sleep and stay extended stays . All you need is your personal items and food everything else is there for you .should be a 3star hotel but they are listed at 2star . If you are in Graham n.c. and need a place to rest go see Lyn at affordable suites she make sure you free right at home

I came here for the firdt time in order to attend a business event.
These suites are too affordable for the amount of value that you get with Lynn.
The price is same as most 2 star motels, but these are very clean suites that are like having a little apartment to yourself.
There are cups, plates, silverware, pots, and pans provided in the kitchen which you won't find at a hotel.
I will certainly be coming here again. The stay is better than other 3 star hotels that I've stayed at, but the price is much more affordable.

Most definitely would recommend this lovely suites to anyone! My husband and I and also our pet tucker has had the most peaceful experience here full kitchen living area and bedroom and bathroom separate. Housekeeping is great always ask if you need anything to make you feel like home. And the Manager Ms Lynn I would say she is the best person and she does her job so well! She knows how to run a this place. Definitely will be coming back to this suites if we have to come back to graham nc!
