Just Rentals was started more than a decade ago, in 2002, by Peggy Fenton. Within a few years, Vernon MacHardy joined her and Peggy's son, Justin, also became a part of the team. As the years passed, the team grew and Just Rentals now has a staff that is dedicated to providing homeowners with great property management and tenants with great customer service.
Peggy is a native born Texan and has been a military wife herself, so she truly understands the relocation process and all that it involves. Peggy has been a member of the Fort Hood Area Board of Realtors for the past 24+ years and is a member of both the Temple/Belton Board of Realtors and the Austin Board of Realtors as well.
Before your application can be processed, you must first pay an application fee of $45. There will be a $25.00 administrative fee if you pay an application fee and decide not to move forward with your application, for whatever reason. You will also be required to upload a copy of your driver's license and pay stub(s)/LES representing one month's salary.
We do not accept cash for rent payments or deposits; however, we do offer a variety of other payment options to pay your rent. By submitting ANY online payment you agree to ALL Just Rentals policies and payment policies. Your submission of a payment online will be deemed as acknowledgement and acceptance of such policies.
Per your lease contract, you must notify Just Rentals if repairs become necessary or damage occurs. Just Rentals, LLC will not pay for any services initiated by a tenant through an outside vendor. We do not accept maintenance requests over the phone. Please be sure to provide all of your contact information and be as detailed as possible about the nature of your maintenance request.

They will take you application fee. Then run a credit check on you and will deny you after a credit check even if your income is enough. Which a credit check is something they can do before accepting your application fee. But the more applications put in the more free money they obtain. And they don't tell tell you your denied unless you continue to follow up. Beware of this place

After having Just Rentals manage my rental property for 7 years without incident or any sort of headache, I recently made the decision to sell the property. Be careful with renting from this company. They may seem nice but behind closed doors they are very unprofessional and do not seem to care about their tenants.

Very disappointed in how they handled the move out process. I really liked Just Rentals up until they took the entire security deposit to fix the apartment. I do not recommend this management company at all. Poor professionalism and ability to work with tenants who have been loyal. Poor management and poor accounting team. Treat your tenants right and be honest! Their maintenance guy is great, however.

My family and I have rented three properties through Just Rentals. We have also used them as our property management company once we decided to purchase a duplex. They never kept any of my deposit money when I was a renter and always completed work orders in a timely manner. As a property owner my units were never vacant for more than three weeks. Whenever an issue came up with one of our units they would call us and inform us and we would make a decision together. My wife and I rented through Just Rentals for three and half years. During that time, they were extremely helpful with routine repairs, lease paperwork, and rent payment issues. I only had positive interactions with the company. During those three years, I deployed. Just Rentals was great with my wife in helping her through the lease renewal process. They never raised the rent unexpectedly, never had any unscheduled “drop ins” and were extremely transparent when it came to the exit inspection. If I ever go back to Fort Hood, I will use Just Rentals again. They gave my wife and I a great house
