At the beginning of this journey (buying my first house) i was more than scared because of the responsibility and commitment to it. Mr. Lopez is the epitome of what a realtor should be like. He is professional and knowledgeable.
Initially we started with another realtor who stated they had 30 years of experience and would get us the house we wanted...big mistake!!! furthermore, she made us sign a contract that would bind us to that realty company. Long story short Mr. Lopez got us out of the contract. We contacted him on a Friday and by Saturday afternoon we had already decided on the house we were going to buy.
