Bad experience with them. The office does not know who my agent is and as a result I was unable to get help. I told the secretary that whoever's cashes my checks should be my agent. She did not know who he or she is. Because of that, they could not provide assistance. I had to call Capitol and ask their customer service for assistance with what I needed. Maybe my agent will contact me after this review.

I have worked with Brian Palmer at Jaffe Tilchin for my personal insurance needs as well as referred him to my real estate clients who need insurance as well. He takes the time to understand your needs and delivers the best options based on your specific situation, but is always willing to work with you to tailor your plan to make sure it's the best fit in both coverage and price. He has the integrity to tell you when his rates aren't going to be the best for you (which only happens very rarely) and I think that's the most important thing to have in an insurance agent. Initially he was referred tome by my realtor for home owners insurance and I have gone on to use him for my auto policies as well!
