I was really happy to found this eye doctor and the only reason I don’t give it to them 5 stars is because the front desk Sana. My daughter doesn’t show up in the system under my insurance and she asked me to contact my insurance instead for her to call and verify with my insurance about the situation. I contacted my insurance and make a conference between them. My insurance asked her why she didn’t contact them directly and she responded she doesn’t have more options if the patient doesn’t show up in the system she can’t do anything else. The insurance agent tell her she can ask for

Insurance was running me around and around, but the incredible staff here stuck with it and push through to get me in and then the Dr. was absolutely 100% on point, gave me an education and best advice, and by doing so saved me time ,money and help me make a educated decision instead of just telling me. Then I moved to the Dr that helped pic out glasses, he also help me decide what would be best for me and my lifestyle instead of what he could sell me. Hands down the best experience I have ever had buying glasses. And I have worn glasses for 40 years. I highly recommend this place. 🤙

This has been a very pleasant experience from check in to getting my glasses. Dr Nguyen is wonderful and truly helped my severe dry eye. Not only that but the way she cared for my eye health was just amazing she explained everything so easily. When ordering my glasses Al was so helpful and pleasant!! U&M Family Eyecare is an amazing eye care center. From the front desk staff, ophthalmic technicians, to the physicians, the quality of service I received was excellent. Dr. Nguyen performed my eye exam in addition to husband and daughter's exam and was very comprehensive in her approach to each. She was very personable, thorough, and detailed in her examination. Dr. Nguyen explained every step of the examination and answered all of my questions patiently and professionally. She even provided eye care tips on how to keep my eyes healthy. CARING. That sums up Dr. Maria Nguyen in one word and along with that you get professional, punctual, personable, efficient and everything else you could ask for in an eye doctor. I have been seeing her for over a year (and by seeing, I mean more and more clearly each time as she has patiently worked with my idiosyncracies about the fitting and prescription of my contacts). Due to a circumstance, I took my daughter to U & M Family Eyecare for her eyes check up. It was overall an excellent experience. The facility is clean, spacious and the risk for contracting covid is minimal. All staffs wore masks, areas and testing devices are often wiped clean, and there was plenty of space to keep distance from other. However, the highlight of our visit was with Dr. Maria Nguyen. Dr. Nguyen is very knowledgeable, friendly and patient. Normally, an eye check up with a toddler is exhausting. Dr. Nguyen was very gentle and skillfully kept my daughter engaged and focused throughout

The best eye doctor I've ever seen (pun intended!). Beautiful facility, friendly knowledgeable and courteous staff, thoroughly competent doctors and technicians that explain things as they go along and a really great selection of frames and options. Last thing - the big box companies sell cheap, least quality lenses - these folks sell high quality for about the same price.

My family and I have been visiting U & M Family Eyecare for several years for our eyecare needs. They recently moved into a brand new office building and it is very nice. Bright and clean atmosphere with impressive customer service. Although I had lasik surgery three years ago, it is still important to maintain my annual eyecare visits. My family and I recently all went in for our annual eye exams. The office is new and impressive and the attentive care of the entire staff is the reason that we have been loyal to U & M Eyecare.

If you can have a favorite eye doctor you see one to two times a year then I have one in Dr. Ishaque. I will literally wait until he has time to see me. He is thorough in his eye exam. I have problems with my eyes and I have been through my share of eye exams that were rushed and gotten glasses and contacts that just didn't work.

Came in for an eye exam and found the staff to be very friendly and helpful. They sent me the intake forms prior to arrival and I was able to fill them out online which was nice. Comfortable seating area that is a tad bit small. The doctors were very good and took their time with me to evaluate my eyes. The offer all of the digital eye tests, but I opted to just do the dilation.
They have a good eye glass selection that is not huge, but is good quality options.

I was not very pleased with my visit today. I saw a Dr I have never seen before with no warning. He was nice, quick and to the point so that was fine. I also had no pre-information that I could no longer order my contacts and glasses using my insurance this year. I used it just last year so when I went today and had my annual exam I assumed things would follow the same as last year. The fact I had just talked with a young lady yesterday to make the appointment and confirmed all info stayed the same is why I am so bothered by this. I feel mislead by the staff in not informing me they would no longer

I just moved here from Washington state and had to look for an eye doctor that was in network with my insurance. I was advised to go here. It is inside Walmart. The person who greeted me was very accommodating and overall the service is great.
I had my eyes checked, it was a typical annual check-up. Nothing special. But I asked if he could check my daughters eyes for a second. She had been blinking hard ever since we moved here and I thought it would be OK to have him check her eyes. Why they were blinking abnormally. He dismissed it and told me it was allergies. Didn't even check her eyes

This review is primarily for the part beside the dr's office. I have no problems with the dr's office itself. I find them to be very friendly and efficient. However I neglected to order my daughter's glasses the same day as her exam bc I wanted to check out some other frames. Apparently there's never an optician available. I could not get her pupillary distance due to no optician being available, another time the poor guy couldn't even adjust my daughter's glasses, if nothing can be done without an optician what is the point of them being open. This office was very professional. You wouldn't expect that necessarily since they are located inside of the Walmart. The optometrist was very knowledgeable and had me try out contacts for an astigmatism which hadn't been suggested in years for me. The contact didn't fit well for me, but it was nice that he mentioned it. Also, the tech Ty was great. She was super friendly and efficient. I was in and out in less than an hour. I will return here.

Dr. Bashir is the sweetest Optometrist I've known. She is gentle, kind, and knowledgable. Her technician Heather is awesome as well. She had 2 patients that are children with special needs that were leaving when I was coming in and her demeanor was very loving, patient, and truly caring. It's difficult to find these days. The other Drs. In that practice are great as well. I HIGHLY recommend U & M family Eye Care
