In an effort to limit the number of people in the office, we ask that no friends or family accompany the patient to their appointment, unless the patient is a minor, then we ask that only ONE parent arrive with the patient. A vision insurance plan helps with the costs of an eye exam, eye care, eye wear, or other vision related expenses. The coverage you receive from your vision insurance gives you the benefit of being able to receive regular eye exams that allow you to be proactive in looking after the health of your eyes.

Always trust my eyes to Victory eye care. You can count on great service along with a quality eye exam. And never fear that your exam will always result in a prescription change to benefit them. If you don’t need new glasses they won’t pressure you into a new pair. Everyone is courteous and takes the time you need. In addition you can always count on a great price too!

The staff is very nice but the service is slow and the office is dark and drury. I told one of the staff members office is dark, her response was it's the mood of the office. I guess staff doesn't get along. I didn't feel comfortable there. I walked out, not going back. They really need to update staff, furniture and overall mood...

The Doctors here are fantastic, the staff is great and the selection of frames is good. I really do like this practice but since covid its almost impossible to get a timely appointment. Also BEWARE the quality of lenses is very poor had several remakes and some that I'm stuck with because they are out of warranty. It's like layers are coming off the lenses and are impossible to see out of and it a very short amount of time less than a year this has happened with 3 different lenses. If you're not getting glasses made then this practice should be fine.

I’m so glad I chose to go to Victory Eye Care. Dr. Thomas was amazing. He thoroughly explained everything. He provided genuine customer service. The whole staff was great from start to finish. I have been going here for years...but now...Called 4 separate times over three days and couldnt get a live person to make an appointment. Left a message and no return call. Called again and tried to set up an appointment today. 10 minutes in she asked for my name again, needed to run my insurance before setting up an appt, no appointments for at least 3 weeks. Called a new place...2 rings...live person...set up appt as a new patient...appointment next week.

I wanted to give a huge shoutout to Jessica, who works at Victory Eye Care. My glasses broke at the hinge for a 2nd time, seems to be a manufacturing defect, but they were no longer under warranty. Jessica knew I needed glasses to be able to see and my back-up wasn’t strong enough because my eye sight changed so much in 2019. She took my glasses and figured out how to replace the arms and hinge so I could use them again. Such a lifesaver because I’m blind without my glasses. She fixed them in one day.

The staff here is wonderful. They are thorough with their exams, the dr communicates very clearly what he thinks and the others help you with everything else. The guy helped me pick out a pair of glasses he thought I’d like, but he ran my insurance first to know for sure what it would cover. Things like that shows they care!!

Love it here ! I’ve been coming to victory eye care for years I’m not sure how long, but every visit has been nothing short of amazing. Ms.Kathy has worked there the whole time I’ve been there and she’s been kind every time I’ve called or came in for appointments. The doctors are amazing and spend time updating me on my last Rx and how my eyes have changed etc.

I highly recommend Victory Eye Care. The staff is courteous and you aren't kept waiting for a long period of time. The eye exams are very thorough and the doctors (I've seen both of them over the years) explain the exam results so I am able to completely understand them. Our eyes change as we age, and I trust them to take good care of mine.

I have not gone to the eyecare center's doctors, but instead went there with prescription in hand to pick out glasses. Even though the business seems small, they had a great selection of both designer eyeglasses and the type that were covered by my eyecare insurance plan. (Frames around $100.00) The service was amazing and I felt that the ladies who took care of me were honest about what looked good and not just pushing expensive glasses.
