Working with Mike from Tri-County Inspections was a positive and professional experience. We could see that Mike took the time to inspect multiple things throughout our upcoming forever home; inside, out, garage. Not only professional, but the positive side was he listened to us, our questions one after the other. His thoroughness we thought was sharing findings with us we wouldn’t even have thought of. Mike’s final report was very well laid out, easy to follow, pictures, how recommendations are categorized and list goes on. We’ll worth the cost, and more important, we’ll worth our time

Being a first time home buyer is very overwhelming and the inspection process can be one of the most stressful times, but with Mike it was far from that. His professionalism, knowledge and quality of work was top notch, not to mention he answered all of my questions (believe me I had a good amount). Mike is amazing. His attention to detail and thoroughness of his reports are A+. To be honest I was skeptical at first thinking this was just another piece of the money making process when buying a home. I could not have been more wrong. He was so good I successfully avoided a poor purchase and was so confident in his work I used him again. Mike’s reports are so informative nothing is open to interpretation. Quality home inspection services! Mike Vakos was able to work with me via text to schedule an appointment, and Don conducted a thorough, easy to understand inspection of our home. The inspection report was thorough and easy to read and understand. Communication was prompt and clear, and I loved being able to sign and pay for the inspection online after confirming the appointment!
