I highly recommend Dave and Lighthouse Home Inspections. He was prompt, showed us all the concerns and explained the degree of concern we should have. He showed us some things we wouldn't have thought to check on. And he got us our report by the same evening as the inspection that occurred at 1pm. Great service all around.

Hired Dave for my recent home inspection. He was able to get us on the schedule quickly, which I appreciated. I hired Dave for an inspection 4 years ago when I bought my house. As a first time home buyer, I was very inquisitive and also fairly uninformed. Dave was a delight to work with, explained each portion of the process explicitly and supplemented his verbal walk-through with a 60 page report complete with pictures! Our house is tiny, but will be 100 years old next yer, and Dave caught everything.
He gave suggestions, warnings for potential future costs, and clearly outlined things that were unsafe. He is incredibly patient and thorough and I'd recommend him especially for first-time home buyers!

Dave was very thorough and his report is easy to read. He made us feel confident purchasing our first home. Dave with Lighthouse Home Inspections was amazing to work with. He was very thorough, tested everything that was necessary, gave us a very detailed report of his findings. This was a second time buying a home, and his inspection was so much better then what we had done the first time. He was accommodating on the time/date of the inspection.
