Financed a dirt bike got home rode it. The front rim bent. Chain literally broke 20 minutes into my ride had to replace it myself. Lie to their finance company saying it’s a (electric bike with accessories). They will do whatever they can to to get your money with no results. Terrible customer service the main woman at the desk is just a sad person. Long story short don’t waist your time,money, or thoughts on this place

Be careful i recently buy a part walmart price 2.50 this folks 17.00 + tax 19.00 and the part look used i installed and have problem with it I call them to claim about my part they tell me I call you back because she was with a customer a big lie 5 min late I show up at the store no customers at all minimum I was expecting is change my used new part for another new but they just decide to fix it bottom line i walk out the store with a used part when I paid for a new part and I still have problem with the part they just put a bandage and tell me we can't exchange it very ridiculous very unprofessional

These guys were exceptionally unhelpful. Insanely high markup on the parts as well... which I was willing to let slide for convenience sake. But I ended up wasting half a day because these people are too busy. When I called before driving almost 2 hours they were too busy to talk and was told " come on in we have those parts" The competition across the bay had no trouble getting me what I needed with the exact same info I took these people. A 6 pole stator for a 150cc gy6... google it... wow all those identical options! Build any ignition system you want after that as it is the only thing that

Motorcycle was fixed but they replaced parts in an unexpected way that altered the original carburetor and made it idle too fast bypassing something and plugging holes. They put a need head on that works but I don't know for how long as it seems a lot louder. It is a old kids bike so I guess I can't complain too much since it was not too much to fix it. I think I would have preferred original equipment configuration though.

THE WORST! Huge rip-off! Had my grandsons scooter for THREE months! When we finally picked it up last week, wouldn't start. They got it started..said drive it home, it'll charge. Stopped at a store, wouldn't start. Started to smoke! Badly! Paid for a tow the next day to my house, because it was Sunday. They charged $40 for a tow back to the shop. They re-wired it, charged MORE money. Had the bike 2 days, went to start it yesterday at his motel, no start, more heavy smoke!! Had to leave it there overnight. Called today, ROBERT says $40 to tow it back, then fix it again!! My grandson is back in Tennessee
