I especially appreciated the friendly personal touch from members of staff. During a recent bike fit, I received sound, expert advice (from Mark) but without the "hard sell". My session was scheduled to last one hour; due to a few 'technical issues' (e.g. seized pedals and seat post) it turned into two hours! I never felt rushed and staff bent over backwards to ensure the process was completed to my full satisfaction. Consequently, I came away feeling more knowledgeable and confident. Additionally, I sampled some of the delights from the cafe. Service was both friendly and efficient and the coffee

Can’t rate highly enough the service I had from Peter and his team on Saturday 18th September while competing in the Carten100. Unfortunately had a tyre failure in Llanelli which could not be fixed by Halfords, quick phone call to County Cycles who were more than willing to help. Arrived and was greeted by Peter who immediately offered a spare bike if mine could not be repaired ( issues removing rear wheel ).
Within 15 mins rear wheel removed and replacement tubeless tyre fitted….without their support I would not have completed the ride.
Also if you like your coffee they have a cracking coffee

I had to get a bike fixed quickly in order to take it on holiday. The personal, friendly service I received was excellent. County Cycles had the parts in stock and got the work carried out within a very quick timescale. This has resulted in a happy teenager now with a fully functional bike to take on holiday! I can't praise them enough.

County Cycles have been a really good resource for deciding on which bike to buy and making sure it was the right one with a test ride, then a fitted when supplied for comfort. I’ve been back for N+1 and got the same excellent service. Highly recommended. The cafe has been a great social venue too. Thankyou to all the team.
