Hi there, we are iRide and this is a little page about who we are, where we came from, and where we hope to go. Noel has worked on bicycles since he was a teenager. He learned his craft by working at many of the bicycle shops in St Petersburg, Largo, Seminole, and Clearwater. He excels at custom paint jobs and vintage restoration.
He finally found the perfect location to open his own shop and pay it forward to help everyone who wants to ride like we ride at iRide. Mary, the other owner and Noel's wife, also has a passion for cycling and together has worked with Noel to open the iRide we all know and love. Together, they offer an assortment of services such as repair, restoration, customization, and more.

Services
The difference between the two most common bicycle tires are easy to compare. The schrader valve is similar to that of a car where as presto valves look more like a pin head. Turn around time is 24 to 48 hours unless we need to order parts, then it can take a little longer. We ask for up to two weeks for delivery on some items that are larger but we try to mail every order out within 1 business day.
After we were featured on Fox 13's Good Day Tampa Bay with Charley Belcher, Carlos brought in an old Schwinn Typhoon bicycle. He wanted it fully restored. Becky came into the shop on a whim. She noticed some of our old bicycles out front and was curious as to what we might have inside. She immediately fell in love with our dogs!

My experience that this bicycle shop was top-notch!! Everytime i come there they are helping me way before i even realize that they are!! I love the friendly experience that I have every time i step in the door also! Even if i leave without what i came to get I still leave with a smile on my face and the knowledge of where to get what I came there for or the time and or date of when I can return to get the item!! Nothing but good to say about Iride Bikes and i will return to make sure this one of a kind gem stays open for more people to experience for years to come!! Thank you all and keep up the

Came here with a flat front tire and asked to purchase a tube and have them change it, well they only had one guy working so he was swamped understandably so I was like cool I Change it myself. Well dude wouldn't even let me borrow an adjustable wrench. So wouldn't take me bc they were too busy nor would they loan me a tool so I could help myself. That's poor customer service!!!

They were the only bike shop for miles that was not too busy to even take my bike during this whole covid thing. I was jazzed. Prices were reasonable. And they tried to give me a reasonable time estimate which I appreciated.
However I got my bike home the tire was flat within days. I thought a “tune it up and look it over” would include that assessment. And a part was missing. Instead of offering to order it and delay me picking it up they just told me it was missing when I picked it up. I would have rather that they’d offer to fix even if it took longer.

While I didn’t purchase a bike here, nor was I on the market for anything in their inventory (shopping for a used bike for my 7 year old), they were all very pleasant, polite and willing to lend advice to me. They did have some really nice bikes in there though! Should I need or want anything in the future I will definitely bring them my business.
