Moved in just ending of last year. During the pandemic. Everyone in the leasing office has been really helpful and responsive to any maintenance issues. I was made aware due to COVID maintenance is delayed and they are very forward and addressing it and try to get it done as soon as possible. The environment is beautiful and quiet. Everyone including residents, maintenance and leasing office is super friendly. Love that it is pet friendly and they do their best to help you out to make sure you're living comfortable. It just takes communication, which I feel leasing office has been great about that

I absolutely love living here. It is clean, the management is responsive and kind. Jason has made moving and living experience here incredible. He is truly a kind soul. They have followed all COVID protocol while also keeping in close communication and being very present. I'm not sure why there are bad reviews. I highly recommend living here.

They are so quick to point out lease violations, but the second you need something fixed in your apartment you never hear back from them. My lease ends in 5 months and they still haven't fixed ANY of the issues the unit had when we moved in. On my move in date they messed up and the manager thought we were moving in on another day, they pushed back our move in time. If you want to pay for an overpriced apartment with HORRIBLE managment, feel free to move into Eaton Village.

The apartment itself is a good size, but I received it with imperfections. Which I wouldn't mind but you know how it is, if it's broken it comes out of the deposit. Well I let them know, and they didn't address it because of COVID. You would think they are to busy dealing with other situations but no. I get the COVID but then they have the audacity to pest me about rules regarding the patio. Everyone has things in the patios that should not be there. So I didn't do what they wanted me to do but then they said they kept contacting me through notices and calls, I got like 2 papers

Worst place I have ever lived. Moved me into an apartment in the middle of winter without checking the heater. Lived for almost a month using space heaters because it took that long for them to call a professional in to fix it. Now its summer and my air conditioning has not been functioning for over 2 weeks. It takes a week just for maintenance to even come LOOK at the issue and its going to be another 2 weeks before a professional can come look at it. Their maintenance people really do try but I think they need to say "uncle" sooner when the issue needs a professional! I imagine corporate frowns

I don’t really like the attitude of the most of people who work in the office. I really want people to be aware the fact that it is a great place to live. The apartments are fresh and clean, but when it comes to a service request, expect nothing from them. Also, when you go to the office, they will give you an attitude out of no reason.

I am new to Chico and have been on the hunt for an apartment for about 1.5 months without luck. I applied to Eaton some weeks ago and my approval got delayed for reasons we could not control. I was really worried about not having a place to live, and after discussing my situation with Tammy T & Jason H, they so kindly worked with me, went above and beyond, and got me moved in within a week!! I know this is Jason's third week working here and he is doing fantastic!
I appreciate your efforts like you wouldn't believe. A weight has been lifted off my shoulders.

The best decision we ever made was NOT moving into this place! From the beginning, our experience was awful. Took forever to get back to us on our application. Kept telling us they were working on it and that they would contact us when everything was ready. Only to find out they claimed they were trying to get a hold of us. Then they not only messed up and ran my roommates credit not once, not twice, but three times. Completely not necessary. Then they filed their papers incorrectly and claimed they couldn’t make a correction to verifying previous rental history and wanted to add additional amount

This company required a100$ hold deposit
Cause of my hours on the paradise debri clean up job I came after hours to drop funds off.
Since then over a month later I found another place to rent.
They wanted a address to return the 100$ holding deposit funds
Took a week to provide a address to my new place Magalia
After providing a mailing address they are now refusing to return my monies due to the fact they say they'res no proof of deposit.
The emails fairly clarified I did pay 100$
There telling me now that's not a fact and refuse to return my monies.

The complex services are so bad and not worth the rent at all.. the computers never worked and all the time down which you can't use them or print any paper.. moreover, the pool doors are damaged which is so bad because you can't open them and only one door works.. also when you order any package you don't get it because I ordered items and they were stolen 2 times because they are no cameras or anything.. and also the assistance there is so awful.. when I complained about the computers problem last time they didn't do anything or helped me at all .. i talked with one of the

I complained to management and whoever would listen about two big dogs that lived above me in a 1 bedroom upstairs-apartment with two adults. I thought the apartment management was listening because after 6 months the tenants moved (maybe their lease was up) but needless to say I was a little relieved. After all that you'd think the apartment management would move someone with small dogs or no dogs into that apartment because if your an apartment manager or just anyone with common sense you'd know or understand that you shouldn't have a big dog, making lots of noise, for the lower

I have never had any issues with any of the apartment complexes I have lived at. We were very excited to move here because we had a puppy and were needing to upgrade. But we learned quickly that its not worth the money and hassle. People who work here are NEVER available and it's the only place I've known to charge you a late fee of $100 after the 3rd of the month. It has nice amenities and and the apartments are nice inside, but I can't believe how unprofessional the staff/mgmt was. I noticed very quickly after moving in that they had very high turnover in tenants and staff. I was

The management here are incompetent deplorable imbeciles. More cockroaches than I have ever seen in California, paper thin walls causing constant noise from all directions. I was told renters insurance they wouldn't even provide coverage at this property because it is "poorly constructed". Looks like a nice place, but has a lot of crime, drug addicts and loud drunk students; the police are constantly at the complex responding to one thing or another. The gate at the entrance hasn't worked properly since I got here in January and they haven't done anything about it.

Absolutely horrible management. Don't let the gates fool you, our car war broken into three times. Don't expect the staff to be helpful in anyway either. In fact they might even list you as apartment manager like they did to me, so you have the police knock on your door at 4 am to handle your neighbors problems. When you wake up late at night to the neighbors outside the apartment complex, screaming for help because their house is flooding from a broken water main on the apartments property, don't call the "maintenance" guy, because he will ask you to go investigate to

I strongly recommend finding an apartment elsewhere! I travel for work and so I pack lightly, and I am a minimalist. Since I relocate often, I always keep the apartment very clean to get my deposit back. However, I was so surprised they charged so much for cleaning and paint it took just about all my $400 deposit. I had pictures of paint issues when I first moved in; and yet I still got charged a HEAVY fee. I don't have the energy to call the office to complain, not even worth my time. Do yourself a favor and find someplace else.

Still living here and the management is horrible. I have contacted the property management company due to the lack of communications in regards to a work order. First day when moved in bedroom had three big stains and they ASSUMED I was going to move in and I definitely did not. Was able to get into the newer phase of apartments after a long day of 8 hours going back and fourth. Apartments are nice but their workers are horrible. In order to get a response you have to CC everyone in the office, contact the FPI Management and let them know you want the number to their manager's number.

I came in here last year as a "lease takeover" and since then have gone through a couple of roommates. The staff was great and Suzanne was especially great with this last lease I signed...I love this place. I use the gym daily and the pool is like being at a resort, Plus,It's pet friendly. If people complain about staff, its probably because they are a-holes. I've always been kind and and get the same treatment in return.
