Bliss memberships offer unlimited yoga classes at discounted rates for the term of the membership. This represents a huge savings over pay per class. You can print out your gift certificate or email it directly to your recipient. To redeem, accrue points equal to the full value of any Bliss Membership, Class Pass or Drop-In.
With a strong focus on Yoga Therapeutics, Self-study (svadhaya) and Loving Kindness (metta), our 300 hour program builds on the foundational knowledge of your 200 hour training, providing a clear path to the enhanced understanding, knowledge and the skills necessary to elevate your teaching and further enrich your students.
Whether you come to yoga for stress relief, exercise, stretching, health, peace, joy, bliss or spiritual uplifting, one or more of our teachers and classes will be just right for you. Our teachers are all certified and exceed the requirements of Yoga Alliance. They continuously study yoga far above and beyond their certifications (including substitute teachers).
As is the case with any physical activity, the risk of injury, even serious or disabling, is always present and cannot be entirely eliminated. If I experience pain or discomfort, or feel I am at risk to participate in a posture, I will listen to my body, adjust the posture, or ask for support from the teacher.

I enjoyed the instructors and the studio. Beautiful facility. Peaceful soft lighting and bowls. Each Teacher was very accommodating and knowledgeable of Hatha, Yin, balancing Chakras, meditation, breath and more. Pose modifications offered, informed us of muscles being worked, reminded us of honoring our body. They all are easy to speak with and each loved this studio. Close to my home. Looking forward to returning. I attended Barbara Paulsen’s class today; she is focused, helpful and knowledgeable of asanas. Students seem very happy here. All positive.

I started taking yoga classes at the age of 70, with a number of age-related physical problems that require adaptations and modifications to my practice. Every teacher that I've had at Yoga Inspired has been receptive and helpful, taking care that I know what to do and what not to do, and offering adaptations. All Yoga Inspired teachers constantly remind us to do what is right for our own bodies. I finally returned to Yoga Inspired after two years. I am so glad that I came back to practice yoga at this studio. I attended the Reiki Meditation class this month. Barbara is an amazing yoga instructor. I just love how their is a variety of classes and times throughout the week which, you can choose from based on your schedule.
