I have stayed in this apartment more than one and half year. when i moved out, they charged around $1200 for regular cleaning and replacing kitchen granite ( There is small oil stain which can go easily if you apply some sort of solution). Management using our money to re-modify the apartment. That's a reason they will ask huge money as a deposit. So you wouldn't get any deposit amount while you moving out.

Every problem we've had if we approached the office about it nicely in person or by email they are responsive. Any issue or misunderstanding with the office was always solved promptly and professionally. You might not always get the result you wanted but they are professional, prompt and friendly. We lived here for a year and just moved out to be closer to public transportation. If that wasn't the case we would have stayed. Apartments are older but definitely good value for money.
