Always read the fine print, they don't tell you everything up front so when you leave you won't see a deposit and will charge you thousands just to leave. I would look else where or get a lawyer to look it over.

Living at La Vina is great. The grounds are nice and very well taken care of thanks to Marvin. Maria is great to work with, she is very responsive and nice. Great place to walk my dog and very safe. It’s super convenient to have the park across the street. We are in the middle of everything here, great location!!

La Vina apartments in Livermore is in an excellent location and was the perfect choice for my parents transitioning to Livermore. Maria was so helpful in getting them squared away and made them feel welcomed and excited for their move. The units are spacious and clean. New appliances in their unit was also a nice addition.. I highly recommend La Vina.

My family and I were looking for apartments for a long long time until we came across La Vina apartments. Maria made the process easy and fast. Hands down THE BEST manger EVER!!!!! Very respectful and attentive to anything we needed. Made us feel welcome. Then we have Marvin who’s always making sure everything is okay. They are truly the best and we are sooo thankful for them!

Although I would like to say simply that La Vina has many beautiful features, from balconies with lovely old trees to a great pool that is always open and surrounded by well tended gardens and shrubs, I can’t be so simple about it because it fails to take the most important aspect of La Vina into account. Maria and Marvin. The lovely grounds and pool and gardens are nothing compared to you two. Thank you. I appreciate all you’ve done. Best wishes.

Maria the manager is a friendly efficient manager, always willing to help. The grounds are maintained and kept clean. The amenities are fitting to the modern farmhouse Ambiance of the Livermore community. I also enjoy a clean pool and bathroom area always maintained by Marvin. ( it’s really nice to present it to my guest ) He is willing to fix the normal wear and tear of your home.

La Vina is an excellent place to live. The apartments are nice and spacious with either a patio or balcony on the outside. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to start cooking. Each unit has a washer and dryer included so you shouldn't have to make runs to a laundromat. The location is fantastic with almost anything you need within a 5-10 minute drive.
The staff is excellent as well. Maria, the manager, is always friendly and willing to do what she can to make sure that our needs are taken care of. Marvin, the maintenance man, gets to repair requests quickly, is friendly, works

My family and I have moved to the La Vina apartments since 2019. Maria has been welcoming, genuine, friendly, and just overall amazing! She has constantly been very accommodating to ensure my family and I are comfortable.
We have had some maintenance requests, and Maria has been very active in ensuring the tickets are attended to and concluded in a timely manner. Marvin has also been another staff member who has been very pleasant to connect with. Concludes requests and ensures that he follows up accordingly if he is unable to conclude a task in a timely manner. I truly appreciate his transparency

La Vina Apts is a great place to live. Its a quiet neighborhood, our neighbors are friendly and respectful. Marvin keeps the grounds and pools well maintained. He is also really great at his job because any maintenance requests we've submitted gets done quickly and efficiently. Maria made my dads move from out of state such an easy process. I was doing the leg work for my dad during his move- I spoke with multiple realtors and property managers and none compared to the service that Maria provided. Throught the entire process- she was extremely pleasant and professional. Maria has assisted in so many ways, really taking the stress off of us and staying in constant communication. I couldn't have done this without her help and not to mention my dad loves his new home!

I moved into these apartments a few weeks ago and have had nothing but positive experiences with the staff. Maria was so helpful in getting everything processed and two weeks ago my cat escaped and she did everything within her power to help me find my cat. Really I couldn't give this place a better review.

UPDATE: I have reduced my rating from three stars to one star. We renewed our lease early and it just started at the beginning of February. It is truly a disappointment that we are now stuck here until 2021. La Vina is very quick to respond publicly, but if you decide to pursue further communication privately on Yelp or via email, don't expect to ever get a response back. Seriously. The only response I have ever received to a complaint email was the on-site management saying they forwarded my complaint to their superior. Our community mailbox was vandalized this year. It took a month to repair

We lived here for two years but had to move out because they increased the rent. It's in a quiet area and the plus is that there's always parking available. But we were quiet residents, never caused a problem, kept the apartment clean and even thoroughly cleaned it before moving out and guess what, they didn't give us ANY OF OUR DEPOSIT BACK. They made some claims of damage in the apartment that cost over $1000? Are you kidding me. If you can afford over $2500 for an apartment then, be my guest and move here. But don't expect your deposit back, they'll probably say you

Not worth the expense and too many issues with staff to even type. To name a few, we had really bad black mold issues due to crappy windows that had no seal, ridiculous problems like we would bleach several times a week even when we didn't even use the nearest shower to the bedroom that was affected for months or ran the heat (which was useless anyways because 5 minutes after running air conditioning or heat, it would all leave out the crappy seals in the closed up apartment anyways). Water would run down the inside of the windows like indoor ran for no reason and again not fixed or cared

For the prices they charge, I'd expect a lot more. Old appliances. I lived there two years and my A/C stopped working several times in the summer with blazing temps. I'd leave phone messages and nothing. Took four days to fix once. The dishwasher always busted and the bathroom lights constantly went out. I felt like I called maintenance every other week. Needs much improvement.

We lived at La Vina Apartments for two years and had a wonderful experience! The staff is friendly and quick to respond to maintenance requests! The location is great and in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to the community center, park, and downtown. The complex is well taken care of and clean with a great pool and BBQ area.

I had the misfortune to live here for a year a couple years ago while looking for a house to buy. My assigned parking place was nowhere near my apartment. The cabinets felt sticky when I moved in. The washing machine leaked oil and the dryer stained and tore my clothes, but they finally replaced them after many months of complaining. The freezer compartment in the refrigerator continuously dripped water on my food below. The bathroom was so tiny you couldn't close the door after you went in. The ladies in the office are both extremely pleasant and nice to me and my kids. And Marvin the maintenance man always smiles and waves even when I see him with his family on his days off. My work orders have always been taken care of ASAP as well.
The location is really close to the wineries (a plus for this single dad), and less than 2 miles away from downtown (easily walking distance after a few).
