Lived here going on 3 years. My family and I love the spacious apartment. Family is important to me. Love to see so many families here, with their kids out playing in the play areas. I believe this is a good place for family living. All apartments will have some kind of issues. But I have had an overall good experience here.

We’ve lived here for 3 1/2 years now and just love it. We are able to have our black lab here, the neighbors have always been pleasant, the grounds are always kept up, maintenance issues addressed quickly and rent is very reasonable. We will be staying here as long as we can and transferring into a two bedroom once our lease is up since our family is growing. Highly recommend this complex.

The people in the leasing office are great and the maintenance people are great. Problem is the grounds are poorly kept. Garbage along the walkways and parking lots. Laundry rooms are filthy.
Took weeks before washing machines/dryers are repaired. Now the office can't put money on your laundry card, so you can't do laundry on the premises. Landscaping is poorly maintained. A lot
of dying grass or no grass. Lots of mud during the winter. Gets onto shoes and of course into apt.
Thefts in rear parking lot. Maintenance unable to fix broken handle in shower. They say it's not a handle but something
