Today June 12th, I had the pleasure of touring an apartment at Maralisa Meadows with Sherry Azizi, the Community Director. Sherry was more than amazing with her listening skill set for what I was looking for, sharing all the very necessary information about renting at Maralisa Meadows, communicating it with clarity and follow up to make sure I understand the information. I was so impressed with not only the tour (yes the complex also) but the follow up that Sherry did to ask if I had any questions and to again make sure there was satisfaction on my part about the information. We were called out to help with a water loss. Upon arrival we found the tenant was stressing as anyone would and Sherry was there by her side comforting them. I observed how much Sherry cared for her property and the tenant and must admit I was impressed. I believe how Managers treat their tenants says a lot about their character. Sherry Azizi, you have a big heart and any property is lucky to have you at the helm! Keep up the good work.

Fantastic apartments! I looked at quite a few places before settling on Maralisa Meadows and I’m so glad I did! The staff are so friendly and the location is wonderful. Sherry is a wonderful manager and Humberto is always such a pleasure and so very helpful! They really take pride in their job and make the community feel so warm and welcome! I wish I could give them 100 stars. :)

I have had no real serious issues while living here. The front office (Sherry) is always very responsive with questions or issues. I wanted to rate this property 3.5 but it is not allowed. The only thing keeping it from being 4-5 stars is lack of extras (pool, spa, gym, etc.) The surrounding neighborhood is very quiet and I never had any issues with any other residents. There was a change to the property management company and luckily they retained Sherry to be onsite. I will miss the walks on the adjacent walking trail. Even if there was a pool here, the walking trail is the best feature.

Earlier this year I was offered a business opportunity in Livermore that required my presence there for a period of 4-5 years. However, not wishing to relocate or invest in additional property I chose to look for an apartment. I found several options of course and set out to investigate each one, determined to make the right choice and to not have to do a second search.
I found a large variety and, many a good deal cheaper than Maralisa Meadows, and with more amenities, such as a pool, a gym, a community room etc. However, I did not meet anyone as charming and convincing as Sherry the property
