Work load refers to the different amount of weights you can apply to your workout program. Increasing the weight incrementally (while decreasing work volume) is beneficial if you are looking to increase muscle volume. On the other hand, work volume refers to the total amount of repetition you choose to work with during your workout.

Increasing work volume and decreasing work load is essential in creating long, lean muscles. Since obtaining his degree and certification in physical training from NPTI in 2005, Sean has been dedicated to helping his clients achieve their health and fitness goal.
Services
Using the work load concept, this class aims to help define and build muscles for specific areas of the body. By utilizing slow and steady movement and progressively increasing weights, this class is also helpful in posture rehabilitation. Involving addictive beats and high intensity intervals, this dance class uses the work volume concept to sculpt long and lean muscle.

Sean is the BEST physical trainer in the world (this is not an exaggeration!)I tried pt at another facility, but it was such a discouraging experience. From the initial evaluation, I knew Sean was knowledgeable in the field of strength training and body building. His workouts are versatile and thorough; he focuses on mastering the basics. Working out is a lifestyle and Sean is a great mentor in helping me achieve a healthier body/mind. I like how he takes the time to help me stretch before and after my sessions. I noticed this is something a lot of the basic personal training studios overlook and

I've been going to this place for the past three years. The trainer (Sean) is knowledgeable, professional, energetic and encouraging. The music is always new, different and fun. But of all the features, I love the variety of the workout the most. Never get bored and there is always something new to learn.

Over the time, I've gained strength and flexibility little by little every day. And I'm becoming more self-aware and confident. It's always the highlight of my day to go to the class. So thank you Sean!

I first became acquainted with D.signUrBody and its founder Sean An at one of his group classes at another gym. Being the youngest there, I mistakenly assumed I would be the strongest. Boy was I wrong. His longtime clients could squat better, lift better and overall survive his class much better than I did. Embarrassed and defeated, I eventually invested in myself and trained with Sean twice a week. Sean was unlike any other trainer I ever worked with. He was continuously finding new ways to improve his sessions with me and was very receptive to how I responded. He was honest and realistic

Dance cardio is so fun! I'm getting the cardio in without having to mindlessly run around. Great music, friendly atmosphere.

Been working out here with trainer Sean for over a year now. This is a great place to lose your post baby fat and get back into shape. I am stronger and toned than ever before and lost all and more of my baby weight thanks to a very effect cardio fit workouts!! Sean switches up the class routine so your body never gets used to it. I'm always sore and challenged after each and every class. I highly recommend this place!

I've taken two classes here now (Dance Cardio and Strength Training) and I can promise you that you will be sore for days.

I wasn't sure what to expect, but I've really loved both classes and I'm looking forward to coming here on a regular basis.

The first class (Dance Cardio) was tons of fun! The trainer, Sean, comes up with really simple dance routines for you and in between dances he'll get your cardio in (e.g. Mountain climbers, jumping jacks, etc.) We did everything from Beyonce's Girls on Top to some classic KPop songs.

The second class (Strength Training
