Taekwondo is the art of powerful standing kicking and punching, striking with the foot and hand (similar to muay thai). Kickboxing is very similar, combining boxing with bare foot kicking. Learn the proper technique for stances, kicks and punches, while increasing your cardio, flexibility, accuracy and speed as you progress.
Jiu-Jitsu is the art of submission and ground work (similar to wrestling). It focuses mostly on grappling and ground fighting, utilizing the proper technique to obtain dominant control on the ground. This is done by using the other person's weight against them, gaining leverage and the ability to use strikes and submission holds.

Services
At Cho's your experience should be more than just a workout. The martial arts are about excelling not only physically, but mentally and spiritually as well. We expect you will come to work hard, develop your potential, have fun and make great friends. As a leader in martial arts excellence, we strive to help each student excel at their own pace, achieve personal growth and reach their goals.
Do you want your child to have more discipline, respect, learn how to defend themselves, and develop self-confidence? If so, you should try a martial arts class. This is the number one reason why most people decide to study martial arts, and pretty much any style is a great way to learn how to defend yourself.
For Adults this is key. As we age we stop being active as we were as kids, we don't play and run around as kids do. Some of us may play sports, but they are usually limited to one. One sport won't even come close to the functional fitness you receive in Martial arts training. The flexibility, body conditioning, power, speed, coordination, strength etc is hard to find in sports for children, let alone adults.

My family has been with Cho's Martial Arts since February 2019 when my at the time 5 year old twins began training. The improvement and growth I have seen in them is amazing and the effort and care for the training the exhibited comes from all the instructors at the school. Since then I joined in 2020 and my two younger 4 year old's and wife have joined. Cho's has a welcoming and family feel. I am grateful for all we have accomplished with the training we have been afforded. Before we joined we looked at other schools and we had a great feeling about this school and we were right. The training

I should first disclose that Master Corey is my son so I admit that I am somewhat prejudiced. In defense of this… review, however, it is important to mention that we both trained together in the martial arts for many years. I have watched him grow in both technical skill as well as the ability to teach under the close supervision of the Cho family. There is nothing like a family training together. Shared experience in hard work, respect and all within a just code of conduct provides positive memories that are unforgettable. I know he has surrounded himself with quality assistant instructors

Loved at first then realized it’s all about the money. My kids have not gone for almost a year and Cho’s had no problem taking my $200 a month yet NEVER once called to see why they weren’t coming. Disgusted to say the least! JK Lee concept is much better and isn’t focused on the money, they truly care about their students and success! Rethink your choice if your at Chos.... check out JK Lee!

Cho's martial arts is a loving and respectful place where you can come and learn not only martial arts but it builds self confidence, responsibility, discipline and it helps you think more clear on things. Our master instructors take the time out they day to help us with our personal need and the will except anyone No matter who you are. You can be disabled, or handicap we except all! Chos is also a fun place to learn taekwondo as a family. I am truly honored to be a part of not only a great school but also be apart of team cho's!

I have been training at Cho's Martial Arts for 8 years now, and I would never say that I would regret it. It's a truly amazing experience, where anyone, young or older, can grow and learn new things about both themselves and life in general. I have grown into a better person than I would have been without my training. I plan to continue training with Cho's as long as I can and would recommend training at Cho's to anyone. The fantastic instructors and amazing art have made the experience at Cho's worthwhile and delightful.
