Paul and Steve were awful. This was very bad and frustrating experience. I decided to work with Paul because his office location was fairly close to my property location and thought it would make management somewhat easier for his company - I was wrong. Paul was completely unprofessional and nearly impossible to get in touch with. The guy (Stephan Iwaniec aka Steve) he had showing my places also would not answer calls and even posted the wrong pictures of my units in the terrible listings he made! After several failed call attempts and voice messages over several days I sent Steve a text message

The strategy with Web Property Manager is one of confusion or deflection. Remember: when you do not get paid, it is your fault - You obviously misunderstood the interface, or misunderstood that it is a privilege to get a response from Paul (busy family man!) Remember: You did not get paid because you did not understand his interface.

Paul Johnson of Web Property Manager does an outstanding job. I have a difficult property to manage but he is always responsive, even proactive about problems, repairs, vacancies and anything that is needed. His web system of requesting repairs is very convenient and his rates are fair and reasonable. I highly recommend him.
