This is my 1st and will be my last time I ever rent from WPD MANAGEMENT. They don’t have a customer service line for tenants to reach; they say go thru your property manager BUT THEY NEVER ANSWER AND IF YOU HAVE SECTION 8 YOU WILL HAVE TO INSPECTIONS(CHA) TO GET YOUR WORK REPAIRS DONE… THIS IS HOW I GET MINE DONE… THEY HAVE RODENT ISSUES AND IM NOT A DIRTY PERSON AT ALL… huge holes under the radiators that the exterminators had to plug up with black stuff(pics shown)

My dad lived at the 69th Clyde location that caught FIRE last August. He is 70 years of age and when the fire occurred he kept getting ignored. Im all the way in Germany and I am all he has. he was without a home for a month because they couldn't find a spot that fit his finances. I give 2 stars because they was able to find him a location and refurnish his place. but he still haven't heard anything about property that can be given back to him or if its all destroyed . he is living with 2 shirts and 1 pair of pants. he doesn't have his social or IDs what so ever.. I tried calling the property manager

WPD purchased my building from a different management company; It’s been a nightmare since ! They are very MONEY HUNGRY, unresponsive, and have poor maintenance quality. I have been complaining about a leak since early June 2021. They continue to send maintenance men just to LOOK at the issue —more than 7 different men came out. It wasn’t till July 2021 - Where I reached out for help from tenant rights Where I was advised to deduct funds from my rent payment of $1150, suddenly they cared and FINALLY come and “fix” the problem, but of course they just sealed and painted (which I wasn’t

I worked with their maintance worker name Charles , and he was amazing!! Helpful, knowledgeable, polite, respectful of my house by wearing shoe covers. Plus, he answered my concerns, even if I was unsure about the severity of the problem. He took his time did the job well and got repairs done me.

For the first year and a half this property was okay to live in they made changes latter part of 2019 as soon as 2020 latter part of the Year open new manager very bad elevators always had a problem very bad now new tenants the building is almost full and they're tyrants management no good pictures on its way

I’ve been working with Sasha, one of the leasing specialist for WPD Management. One word to describe the experience would be Amazing! Not only was she professional, but friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable! Any questions I had she was able to answer right away. Sasha gave me accurate info and she never lacked patience! I would recommend WPD Management to anyone looking for a new place. The building is well maintained and in a nice neighborhood. Sasha is the leasing specialist I would recommend working with if you would like a similar experience such as mines!
