Just recently closed on a transaction in which this company represented the buyers. The transaction ended up taking over 175 days to complete. The agent, Russ Lentz, is incompetent and neglectful with respect to real estate transactions. The transaction began on January 31, 2013 when an agreement of sale was signed. It was supposed to have closed on May 31, 2013. Due to the failure of the agent to monitor the transaction, the sellers were given less than 24 hours notice that the closing would not occur.
