The vast majority of personal trainers are simply not qualified to train their clients. They lack any real depth of health and fitness knowledge and their personal experience with health and fitness is superficial at best. Merely being familiar with the subject of fitness and exercise equipment does not make one an expert.

Furthermore, a confident personal trainer does not necessarily make a competent personal trainer or a good instructor. Most personal trainers can hardly call themselves educated, experienced, positive role models and that's exactly what you want when hiring one.

Jerrod’s ability to customize a strength-training regimen to meet my specific needs has enabled me to become stronger, increased my stability and has helped me to better understand how to work within my limitations and exceed beyond. His vast knowledge of kinesiology allows him to modify exercises in order to strengthen areas of weakness and avoid aggravating areas of previous injury/sensitivity. A cycling accident resulting in several surgeries had me believing my athletic days were behind me. Jerrod has helped me to see otherwise.

Other than cardio type exercise, I was never into strength training. Based on doctor recommendation I found Jerrod. His method, approach and knowledge have turned me into an enthusiast. Jerrod is educated in his field and personalizes a routine for you. I highly recommend Jerrod as a trainer.

You're not getting a fitness model or bodybuilder with Jerrod what you're getting is a serious endurance athlete who knows what it means to be a professional personal trainer. Deep knowledge and experience in the subjects that matter to a client including physiology, biomechanics, nutrition, wellness and psychology as well as loads of experience working with all conditions, objectives and ages!

Jerrod is a great fitness, nutrition and endurance sports trainer. I've been working out with him for several years now and the results are awesome. He will carefully listen to your needs and goals and will customize the workout plan for you. He will never push any supplements or magic fat loss pills to you. He is a wealth of knowledge on physiology and nutrition. Definitely recommend him.
