We stayed in one of the adorable cottages. Everything was perfect. Pool was clean and refreshing. All the staff was courteous and accommodating. Rooms were very clean and the bed was comfortable. There was a nice continental breakfast in the morning and we ate out on the front porch of the office. Very relaxing to sit by the firepit in the evening.

The Heritage has a heated pool, gazebo, lawn chairs, and fire pit lit evenings weather permitting. Rooms are small but clean. It's in walking distance to Lake George village. Unfortunately it appears that smoking is allowed on the deck outside our room, as there were ashtrays there, and the oder found its way into our room. Considering it's on the main road our room was set back so it was relatively quiet except for the toots from the Lake George Steamboats Company.

I worked at this place and plz do not come and stay here they do not change ur blanket after guests leave they put them back on the beds they only change the sheets and pillow cases and there has been flees and bugs in the rooms it’s seriously disgusting I told them about how I found the bugs in the rooms and they literally didn’t do anything about it and I’ve had enough i seriously don’t recommend u spend ur money on this place it’s not worth it at all the only good part about the hotel is the housekeeping staff other than that it’s not worth the money and it’s pretty gross if u
