Perfectly located in the heart of Lake George village, with a beautiful pool-side view of Lake George. With an outdoor fireplace, 4 lakefront fire pits, and a romantic observation deck, all with fantastic views of the lake, the Lake Motel is the perfect place to enjoy the cool summer evenings. Major improvements to our lakefront area are completed. Extensive upgrades to our picnic area including three new built in commercial grills and a griddle will make it easier and more enjoyable for our guests to barbecue and avoid the risks of dining at restaurants. Services
Replace coffee machine with sanitized one. Coffee pots and condiment packages will be disinfected and left in sealed plastic bags inside the cabinet underneath the phone.
All surfaces and objects inside the room that can be touched by guests will be disinfected with the appropriate disinfectant including door knobs, telephones, cabinet handles, light switches, lamp switches, microwave and refrigerator handles, air conditioner knobs, shower knobs, towel bars, sink faucet handles, toilet handles, hair dryers, desk tops, counter tops, cabinet tops and chairs.

The Lake Motel has 41 rooms nestled between the fun and excitement of Lake George's main street, Canada Street, and the beautiful Lake George itself. Our rooms are spread out between three buildings which stretch between the street and lake, offering lake view rooms on one end and street access on the other.
No Portable Music Players, Period- We love music but each of our guests has a different taste of music. In addition what may be an acceptable volume to one guest might be too loud for another. All of our guests have the right to enjoy the peace and quiet of the lake. If you must listen to music in the company of strangers, this is not the place for you.
Every night during the summer season and every weekend in May, September and October the Lake Motel hosts a Special Activity for all our guests.

Every one of our rooms have been re-furnished and re-carpeted and many have been remodeled within the last two years. All of our rooms include 32 inch flat screen televisions with over 80 HD channels from Spectrum Cable including Free Video On Demand.
In addition we have increased our internet bandwidth for guests by tenfold and installed the same top of the line wireless internet network used by Starbucks, Burger King, Stanford University, MIT and thousands of other businesses and universities throughout the world.

Lovely motel on Lake George. This was my first trip to Lake George. The Lake Motel is within walking distance of everything. The rooms were clean. The refrigerators were a decent size, so you can pick up groceries, and cook on the grills or the large griddle. They have lots of cozy gathering outdoor spaces. The staff is very friendly and accommodating…and the flowers, which are everywhere, are the loveliest arrangements in town.

Absolutely the best here at Lake George. We have been coming here for 8 years with our firehouse. And every year they always add something new to their property. The staff and owner are so very helpful, polite and professional. The rooms are extremely clean and gorgeous. My favorite ladies are always available to help out in any way up at the front desk (Edrie and Marilyn) We will continue to always come up here to start off our vacation season

5 stars for cleanliness, wonderfully pleasant staff. Reasonably priced. Short walk to the local sights, shops and restaurants. Not a lot of space by the pool but it is great if you have kids.
Fire pits, BBQs to cook your own food, kayaks etc available to. Very quiet at night.
