I can’t believe I’ve never had my car washed here before. I’ve worked in the area off and on for several years and decided to finally get the car CLEAN today!
I didn’t have much faith that the express wash would do much more than take the first layer of dirt off, but anything would have been an improvement (disclaimer… I haven’t washed the car in a few of months)
Lo and behold, the wash itself was good, but Brian’s attention to detail when drying and wiping it down was appreciated. I usually like to wash my own vehicle, but will going to Sparkle for those times when I can’t. I

They didn't do good job for the package I paid for. I got the $36 package one which I believe is the highest. The exterior was fine I guess if your ok with random streaks but the interior was done terribly. My dash and middle console looks as if they lightly wiped and then threw shiner on top but didn't bother really actually clean it. I still have spots from drops of liquids near the cup holders. The worst part about it was the windshield, as I'm driving home I could see all the dirty specs and major streaks left over. They didn't even bother clean the roof panoramic glass

Used to come to this place all the time (before Covid) stop going to them because my car would come back still dirty on the interior. Decided yesterday to give them another chance. Very disappointed in the way I received my vehicle again. Dirty stains still left around my gear shifter area/ cup holder. Rear bumper never got wiped down. You can see the sitting dirt right there. Unfortunately I will never go back again. Waste of money.

The manager here at sparkle car wash is always been very professional and very responsible. I have been coming here for several years. I had overspray from a building that was being painted by my vehicle. I paid to have it removed and it came out better than when I brought it in. The service here is quick and professional. I recommend this place to anybody and everybody.

I go to this place because is 1 block away from my house, but I don't like how they do their job. Paying $17 for a half done job is not fair. They left my car with a lot of dirty spots and the windows not very clean and they didn't even dusted the whole car properly. The seats and doors inside not clean, the back seats and floor looked like didn't put too much effort in vacuuming. I hate to give these kind of reviews but management has to step up. It was a lazy job. Actually took like 10 min to be done. Plus I gave $5 for tip!

I have been going to Sparkle for many years. They are my go to spot and I never go anywhere else. They do an amazing job. I always get the executive wash. However, I am giving three stars because the last couple times I’ve noticed things like the interior door still has dirt/scuff marks, windows not throughly cleaned, still had coffee spots on my center dash from the previous week.. although minor , I just feel like these things should have been noticed.

I wish I could remember the fella who detailed my car but he spent almost 50 minutes throughly vacuuming the interior wiping down the seats cleaning windows inside and out in 106 weather. We have a dog with long hair and the backseat floor was covered with hair. He did a fantastic job. I will definitely be back. They also have a discount for seniors

I was waiting inside to complete my car cleaning,I saw from the window that no one is working on it anymore so I went out to get my keys so I could leave them I noticed my rims wasn't cleaned yet,then a crazy guy (manager) he approached me saying :DID I CALLED T COME OUT!!!! With a loud voice and Threatening voice!!!!!
I said (why are you yelling) then he went crazy saying ..you are so rude ..take your car and leave and never come back here again ,I said but I paid to get my car clean at least finish it!! He said no just leave.

I have been going to them for 4 yrs. They use to do an amazing job…but the last 2 times it’s been horrible. They didn’t move a bag off front seat to clean it. They didn’t vacuum it either. Left crumbs and a dirt spot that was easily removed on seat. The guy who said he cleaned it tried to explain his reason. I told him ahead do a good job and there is a 20$ tip.

Very disrespectful employee receiving the cars, yelling at customer and finally don't allowing to going into the washer. Base on his behavior and they way he acted either he was under the influence or he has a psych condition. Nonetheless, calling Store to speak with manager I'm unable to do it because they can't give names and nothing is done about it. Going for long time. Never again, wouldn't recommend it at all.

Brian is amazing. Pays attention to detail. My car was taken care of the best ever in Vegas. I'll be back for him specifically! Pay him well car wash he is most definitely an asset and valuable to your company. I have not found anyone in Las Vegas care about my car like he did or give me such patience and great customer service.... Does he own part of the company lol cause he represented like it was his name on the line! Thank you for giving me my monies worth champ!

I was a little nervous coming here because of the reviews but I figured if they were really that bad how could they still be in business? So I gave them a chance since I was itching to give my car a refresh! Was it perfect and the best car was ever? NO, but it got the job done!
I didn't know what I wanted so I asked for the top tier on their board for $40 and the guy said he was running a managers special for an extra $10 and I said sure why not and then he scrubbed my tires and through the exterior wash I went!

Came in to get the $4.99 exterior only special. Wow, I can't even complain. The gentleman hand washed my vehicle for 5-6 minutes before going thru the tunnel. Literally amazed, never seen any type of car wash do this before. With the exterior wash you also get a hand dry which is a plus. The guy who hand dried my car helped me out of my truck and told me where I needed to pay. I will definitely be back. The results on my truck looked amazing.

I've had some bad experiences with car washes in Las Vegas but today's might just have to take the cake. I've posted my receipt and pictures to further show what their so called "top of the line" wash gets you.
To start, I paid $37.00 for their best wash possible without going into any specialty washes. What they claim is included in this price is a hand wax and removal of all extra impurities that weren't removed from the drive thru wash. As you can see in my pictures, your money is better spent on lottery tickets

Paid for executive wash. Left with hard water marks on both sides of car. Had grime on the floor matt as well as underneath the mat. Grime was left in the vehicle and was smudged underneath the floor mat. Manager spent more time selling me tint than cleaning my car. Took a towel and washed out the grime and the smudge... lack of effort shown from staff. Quality of work doesn't have to be perfect but i expect to have the services i pay for.

When you pay $100 for an external wash and full interior cleaning, you expect it to be very clean. Seats and carpets look good and that was the worst part. Several areas like door jams, sliding door steps, under the center and rear seats were still dirty. Employee also forgot air freshener.
Employee said he couldn't figure out how to flip center and rear seats. *2014 Honda Odyssey, probably the most common van on the road*
I might be back for an express wash because it's close to home but if we need deep cleaning again I probably won't bring either of our cars back to Sparkle.
