Wess has been our property manager for 7 years and initially he had to hold our hand through the process since it was our first experience as a landlord. Neil Reddick is the best. He met with my wife and I offering suggestions for making the house look its best. When it was time to sign a contract to have him be our realtor he took his time to explain what we should expect from him and what to expect from RE/Max Gold.
A few weeks later when it was time to put the house on the market he was there to address any questions. Our house went under contract within twenty four hours of going live. We moved out of state and he kept us informed throughout the entire process and assisted in negotiations after the home inspection. He was there for the closing

Very trust-worthy, professional and reliable property management! I have always been very happy with the quality of service. The team is very personable and easy to work with. They try very hard to keep your interests alive. A lot of issues were taken care of without me having to step-in at all (with my consent, of course). I highly recommend RE/MAX Gold to everyone. I have not worked with the Realty side although I would not hesitate to, if the need arises.

I've known Wess since I was an active Realtor in Charlotte and had a closing with him over 8 years ago. He is one of the best agents and best of all people I ever worked with when I was in the business. I now live in Florida and him and his staff have handled a rental of mine. Wess Cason and his team have been amazing to work with. As long time renters we’ve been with plenty of management companies and this team has been by far the most efficient and easy to work with. They even left us a basket of move in essentials when we first moved into our house (sponge, dish soap, etc). I thought that was so thoughtful and very helpful for the first few days of being in a house. I love that I can pay rent on their website. So convenient! Overall, we are very impressed!

My relationship with Wess Cason Realty started out as a tenant at a property that Wess Cason Realty managed. It was the first time we had ever rented and we had a wonderful experience. They were quick to respond, and very professional all the time. We had such a good experience that when it was time to buy a house we agreed to buy from Wess and he was able to negotiate a deal with the owner to get us out of our lease without the normal penalties, and had new tenants lined up so it worked out for everyone. Buying a house from him was just as good an experience as renting. Now he manages 2 properties

We have been renting with Wess Carson and his team since August and our experience has been nothing short of fantastic. Our home is lovely and the few times we have needed them to provide any service, they have been quick to respond and to send someone out to address it. At one point, they even asked for our opinion on someone they were utilizing for repair services at our home to ensure that we had the best service available. Nothing in our move from Augusta to Charlotte was simple, except for our experience with this team. Thank you so much for all you do.

Re/Max took over responsibility for the home I am living in half way through my lease. Since they have taken over there has been a huge improvement as to how everything has been handled. They have been very helpful and understanding, trying to not only keep us happy, but the owner as well. The office staff is one of the best I've worked with.
