Allison and the AM Realty team kept my townhome occupied with great tenants (not one single complaint), took incredible care of each of them, and ultimately got it sold for me. Her and the team truly made the process of managing an out-of-state rental a piece of cake - it took a big load off of my shoulders knowing it was great hands. I had a horrible experience just trying to view a property. I was told there was one application in and I could not view it. Her name was Jennifer she claimed to be a manager. No one else treated me like they didn't want me to view the property but her. I told her that I have good credit and she just turned away a potential renter. She said that she has good credit too. I was appalled. If you don't want black people to view the property just put that in your ad. That will save everyone time and money.

Not sure how/why this post was removed from earlier this year. Reposting: We used AM Realty for 3 years to lease our 4800 square foot home. We told Allison the lessors had dogs which we had not agreed to and they had not paid a deposit for. She told us the dogs were visiting even though we told her the neighbors saw the dogs. At the end of the contract, the walk thru was a joke and pretty much non-existent. We were told the reason was COVID even though they did a walk through without us. Of course they found almost no damage. "Normal wear and tear". The house at the end of the contract

They went above and beyond to help my client get into a place. She and her 3 kids were in a hotel for almost 2 months because the rental they moved her to rent had a tenant that wouldn't leave and is still there! So she ended up paying $3K per month for a hotel instead of half that for the rental! When I told her story to Allison at AM Realty, she and Jess worked quickly to find a place that would work for my client and in just a couple days, they'll be moving into a place where they can set up house, cook and get back on their feet. This company truly has a heart and went out of their way to accommodate

We have been working with Allison and her team for a few years by now, and through this time and even at present, we live overseas. We have really relied on Allison to help us manage our properties in Charlotte. She is always responsive and she would answer my calls or emails during the weekends or holidays, or some “weird” hours due to the time difference between our time and EST time.

I can’t begin to say enough good things about AM Realty. They have managed our condo rental for the last 5 years and have done a wonderful job. They take care of all everything and do it well. I can't describe the lack of professionalism as a property manager. The most recent issue involved our garage door which the tenant demolished. Before we could get our own garage door inspector/mechanic to the home (he was scheduled to go the same day it was reported), we were informed that it was "a storm" that broke the garage door, that it was an emergency so it had to be fixed immediately, and they had their own contractor fix it before our contractor could arrive (breach of contract?!). He completely overcharged for a much lower value motor and track system that was currently
