PG Management Group, LLC charges a percentage of the monthly gross rental income collected. The percentage that you pay can vary depending on the terms and conditions that are negotiated. The only reason Pamela Green is getting two stars is because the property is very nice. I leased a property through her in March and I quickly found out how unorganized Pamela Green is . I encountered two issues with this leasing process. Issue #1 she moved me into a property and didn’t ensure I was able to get into my mailbox (she literally gave me a random mailbox key that didn’t unlock the mailbox) when I reached out to her she didn’t even know the mailbox cluster in the community was ran by the post office and she had to request a new mailbox key (the only reason I found out this information

Working with Pam was great! I had used anther rental company to manage a property in the past & am so glad i went with PG Management group. They took care of everything regarding the rental of my house and made it so easy for me! They also did a great job screening tenants & the couple that rented was great, i had no issues at all.

I worked with PG Management for several years and was incredibly happy with services provided, which included management of a rental property as well as helping sell the property once we looked to liquidate. Pam was always extremely professional, ethical, and courteous. I also found her very knowledgeable of the Charlotte real estate market. Had a good first year renting with PG, but after the 2nd things went down hill. Started with the homeowner accusing me of purposely stopping up the tub, when in actuality the maintenance man stated the tub was backed up, for what seemed to be a few years worth. The upstairs leaking & needing to be repaired. In July I was without air for almost two weeks, and all they could supply me with was two 16’ box fans. I had to sleep in a house with 100 degree temp. Then the water heater has not been properly working for the last two years. I was told that I would have to pay for service, when I’ve constantly
