Advanced Wellness is part of the National Diabetes Prevention Program led by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). It features an approach that is proven to prevent or delay type 2 diabetes and includes:. My interests are in health and wellness and the prevention of chronic diseases. It is never too early or too late to work towards being the healthiest you! I work with a variety of clients developing their Journey to Wellness, including those who are healthy but would like a jump start, to the pre-diabetic, diabetic, and those struggling with other chronic conditions.
Each session is different! There is a KYA (Kick Your A**) each day that will kick your butt! Come join us!
