Stratford Care & Rehabilitation
Our continuum of care means residents can come to Stratford for Rehabilitation or Assisted Living and then add additional services as they are needed, all while building friendships and feeling at home. Stratford's care and rehab facility and assisted living apartments have been serving the greater Solon, Ohio area for over 30 years.

Our staff - some of whom have been with us over 15 years - are committed to providing 24 hour care for all residents in the building. From physical therapy and medication management, to monthly activities and restaurant-style dining, you or your loved one will find it's easy to call Stratford home.
Services
From the beginning, we've wanted our company to be different from others. Different in how we treat those we serve, different in how we work with each other, and different in the results we achieve. These differences are best captured in the 29 Fundamentals or Values that are the foundation for our unique culture.
We are proud to offer a full continuum of care to serve residents with a variety of healthcare needs. We can help you and your family transition through the care stages that come with changes in health and have services that align with each. You can read here about all of the services we currently offer, and and as always, please reach out to our team with any additional questions you have.
Stratford Assisted Living offers individual studio apartments that feel like home, but can offer you just the level of support you might need, when you need it. We have a fully licensed nursing staff available 24-hours a day for scheduled (or unscheduled) needs. From tasks such as bathing to housekeeping, we offer help in all areas.
Enjoy a walk to our Cafe on the first floor stocked with snacks, candies, even special lunch treats if you've got a craving for something different. From some of your homemade favorites like BBQ Chicken and Hamburgers to Baked Fish or even Mac-n-Cheese, daily chef-prepared meals are waiting for you.
Stratford offers a wide-range of activities for the mind, body and spirit to keep you active and healthy. With so many different things to choose from, you get to pick what suits you, and even help to create the calendars for the future. Just get involved with the Resident Council or talk with your Activity Director to help plan new programming.

The turnover in staff there is insane! They've had several different administrators in just the past few years. They are so short-staffed that, prior to visitations being banned due to the pandemic, I've had several people visit my loved one there. There was literally no nurses or other staff members in the memory care unit (a locked unit). They weren't in other rooms and responded to no calls, call outs; visitors walked the circle even calling staff as if it were an emergency. On a few visit, a nurse entered the unit while the visitor was there and had no clue that they were even present.

Not a good experience. They withheld my husband's pain medication for 22 hours. This was after he had surgery for a broken hip. Totally unacceptable. Moved him out of there

If you have a loved one you care about, under no circumstances should you put them here. This place should be called assisted dying, not assisted living. The staff are a bunch of low IQ morons who give medication to the wrong people, mix up orders for medicine, and totally lack any semblance of common sense or rational thought. I cannot tell you how many idiotic mistakes this place has made in what they call care for my mother, father and brother.
