Mr. Bill Newcomb from complete home inspection PLC. is a very unprofessional and undereducated home inspector that traveled over 3 hours round trip for work to inspect my home for sale. After my reviewing Mr. Bill Newcomb's inspection extensive damage was evident to my roof from Mr. Bill Newcomb admitting to climbing all over it in sub-zero weather. I contacted his office as well as Mr. Newcomb personally for his insurance provider. Mr. Newcomb's attitude was take me to court. After conversing with my realtor on what to do. This review was NOT wrote because of Mr. Newcomb's report as he may claim

1st it is "Complete Home Inspection LLC" not PLC
2nd How do you determine that I am uneducated since you have never met me?
3rd We do travel sometimes longer distances because our clients are asking for us to do so. They entrust we will do a good job that's why they call us.
4th As I stated on the phone with you, I did walk on the roof, It was not sub zero conditions, and I did not do any damage. As you where not at the home inspection how can you assume

Bill Newcomb is an incredible inspector. We had an accepted offer on a bar and pub and needed to know every aspect of the building and its condition, in addition there were living quarters to also inspect. Bill spent nearly 6 hours going over every inch of this place , and made sure to communicate to us everything he was doing, why and what if anything was found.
