Lask Inspection Group, LLC are not Cheap Charlies. I was in a real time crunch so the fact Lask was available asap was great (I had checked out 5 different companies)! I had a 2000+ sqft home inspected and the report was very easy to read along with important info with specific items (typical life span of appliance, what should be there ect) pricing was a little higher than other quotes and some things were unable to be inspected due to safety or home owners belongings. If I had a choice I would pick him again

Adam helped me a great amount in purchasing my first home. Being a first time home buyer he walked me through everything in the house giving great advise and information regarding things I never took into consideration. I was really impressed with all the pic and direct detail he gave me. He was very professional nice and understanding this was my first house he made sure I know everything about the house I will be using him every time I get a house and refer him to friends and family he didn’t rush too get the inspection over with he was very nice.

Adam Lask was very thorough and very knowledgable. He took the time to explain everything that he seen wrong and issues that he seen. Although we did not go through with the purchase of the home, it was good to know we had Adam making sure it was the best inspection possible. I will be using him for further inspections as we continue our journey.

While I did not have the chance to meet Adam in person, he has amazing customer service and attention to detail. My boyfriend and I had to change the date of the inspection and Adam did not hesitate to meet our needs. We were able to schedule an appointment quickly, and being able to get the home and radon inspections done by the same group, in the same time frame, made the process convenient. The inspection itself was thorough, Adam was very professional in walking us through his findings, and we received our full inspection report a few hours after the inspection.
