24 x 7 Home Inspection utilizes a reporting system that is detailed, comprehensive, and easy to understand. I will complete the report after I perform a visual inspection of the property. This is only our second home purchasing experience, so I don't have a lot to compare our experience with Jim to. I will tell you that I am extremely happy we hired him to do the inspection on the house we are purchasing. Very professional and courteous. He took the time to answer all of our questions (and man, we had a lot!) In the process, I got the feeling that he really cared about making sure we knew what we were looking at, and all the causes and possibilities. I really hope this is our last home purchase, but if it's not, I'll definitely be giving Jim a call to inspect the next one we look
