I have had a nightmare with my warranty company after we bought our first home and 17 later our furnace died. He was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and brought someone with him that was also great! I recommend him to anyone looking to buy a new home! And DON'T SKIP INSPECTIONS PRIOR TO PURCHASING! I randomly found Dun-Rite online. I saw they have been in business 15+ years and thought "they might be good to go with." Called and booked our inspection. They were very thorough and took their time. They took a few hours to go through our condo and made great notes and took photos. We got a full report while the inspector was going through at the time and then a full report after the inspection with photos. We would 100% hire them again if needed in the future.

Ron was absolutely phenomenal across the board. I really appreciated how he explained everything whether we had a question or not. He made sure to explain why he recommended us to look further into things and guided us in the right direction. He also explained how certain things should look and what to look for to determine when maintenance is due. He was also hilarious we had lots of laughs. I had Ron do the inspection for the property I’m buying, when I got to the house Ron was already there and ready to start. He’s very professional, friendly with me and my family. I loved how he explained everything and gave me honest answers on questions I had. The amount of detail that went into the inspection report was amazing nothing was left out. Ron is very detailed in his inspection. He will explain everything to you if you stay for your inspection and also gave me an idea of cost of repair. He is very friendly and loves his Jon which shows in the denial of his work. We received our home inspection very quickly and details of things to do and maintenance that should also be done in the future. This is the second time we have used his service and my sister also hired him. If you need a home inspection done in the area he is the best.
