The Pines

Terrible management and neighbors(not all). Trash will collect in the parking lot for days. No respect for the property you live in. Put your money else where.

This place is awesome. A lot reviews on here are from entitled people who didn’t get their way and decide to throw a fit online. This place isn’t rundown and management is amazing, compared to previous managers. The Pines is also next to Peachtree which is great if you need to grab a bite to eat. I recommend living at the Pines! You won’t regret it!

Don’t waste your time with a showing here. They don’t rent to you based on your credit score like most places do. They use a third party site that denied you over speeding tickets. Not worried though, they could’ve had a tenant who would have paid on time every month, but that’s their loss, not mine! The apartments are average looking.

All appliances were included in the rent. We went without a dishwasher for two months and tried to sue me to replace the dishwasher. It happened again with the dryer. We broke our lease and moved out. Management is terrible, they act like they care but when you call they don’t do anything. I also paid to have a service animal in the apartment, which is against the law. Never renting from this company again. Went to court over a dishwasher because they are too cheap to replace or fix anything. Our toilet leaked and they never fixed it. WE MOVED INTO EAGLES CREST APARTMENTS. Much cleaner and less

They have new management there now. My son moved in and its clean, they have washers and dryers in the complex and a pool. It's also next door to the Peachtree, which has some awesome 5 dollar lunch specials. It's nice -- not run down. Its also close to the mall and theaters. I cant speak for the experiences others have had here, but so far mine has been decent.

Have been working with the company for months trying to resolve a dept and they refuse to work with me. Meanwhile they don't seem to care they hit my credit. Thanks for the help. Think twice before you rent from a company who won't even resolve dept with you and if they do won't stick to their word (which happened). Anything you get from them in writing make sure you hold on to it. They don't care about their guests. Now I'm out 1700$ and terrible credit. And they still refuse to work with me. Place is very shady with money.

The apartment looks nice and safety. The security cars are nearby and most of the time there, it is good place to live with good fitness center and walking area. The stores are nearby, not bad to check out. I heard the management is not so good.

Never answers the phone. Haven't even moved in yet and already getting rubbed the wrong way. Yet when you walk in someone is always sitting at the desk. Not starting off on a good note. Already put money down to hold the apartment. Not a happy canper😡
