I’m giving two stars because this is a safe place to live besides that you’ll pay a lot of money for rent basically for nothing. I’ve been here for 8 months and I basically go to work come home sleep repeat. There’s nothing to look forward to here. The gym which I was excited about turned out to be the biggest disappointment. I’ve been paying a huge amount to go a different gym driving to and back when I could easily take a walk to the complex gym workout and walk right back home and have time to do other things but they won’t open it all in the name of “Covid” or they are still

Yeah you trained your employees really good!!! Thats why Kristen very unprofessional stated that she did go inside to our neighbors apartment, so she could also feel free to slam our doors supposedly due to the disturbance. We kept asking for proof and nothing was showed.

It is very convenient and coincidental that Kristen is very good friends with those people. Which is the reason why those neighbors felt confident in messing with a family like us every single day with absolutely no apparent issues. Also, let me tell you that Kristen didn't even go inside to that apartment, she just made

Williamsburg Estates is a quiet and scenic place to live. The maintenance staff is friendly and quick to fix any problems that very occasionally occur. My most recent request for maintenance was for my air conditioner. It was fixed within a couple hours after I called. Their snow removal is consistently the fastest I’ve seen. I lived here for 10+ years before returning here again a few years ago.

Since moving into Williamsburg Estates in October of 2018 as a resident it has been extremely rewarding. Office staff goes out of their way to meet your needs whatever that may be, Maintenance does an impeccable job with maintaining the apartments and townhouses no complaints from me. Brightview does an excellent job of maintaining the grounds and property. The community is extremely quiet and personable. I would definitely recommend Williamsburg Estates to family and friends looking for a home. Amenities are close by you don't have to travel far to get whatever you need. Lord willing I plan to

Having lived here for over 30 years something must attract me! It is slightly off the main drag yet a very short drive to so many popular stores and restaurants. The staff try to keep things cleaned up and neat and do a great job, for the most part. The pandemic seemed to make it harder to get hold of someone for questions but even that ironed itself out.

The office crew is very helpful and always reply in a timely manner to any issues. The maintenance crew is the best I’ve ever seen. They come very quickly to all requests and have responded immediately on emergency calls for for fire alarm and AC condenser. Everyone very nice and very professional.
Grounds are well kept and beautiful. Lots of birds and squirrels and an occasional deer.
Do a great job on snow removal!!
The apartments are a bit outdated but for the size the price is hard to beat. I have looked. Water heat and sewer are included in rent. Heat and AC in two bedroom apartment works

We’ve been here for about 3 months now. At first I was really loving the place. Now, not so much. They still don’t have the pool open. I’m assuming from COVID. They also have yet to open the 24 hour fitness center. Also assuming from COVID. These are all things that we were excited about when we were looking for a new place to live. For over $1300 a month in rent, you would think that they would open these things. I can’t give an actual reason as to why they are closed though. There is 0 communication between the office and the residents, besides a monthly new letter that is worthless.

Very peaceful but other than that, definitely not worth $1,300 a month! I have never lived in a place that has so many bugs! From day one, I’ve killed at least 3 bugs inside the townhouse on a daily basis! Also, the walls are definitely not sound proof! We can hear just about every footstep our neighbors make. And last but not least, not sure if this is because of laziness or what, but every other pool and gym in the area let alone in the state are open. So why isn’t the community pool and gym open? I’ve seen this question asked so many times lately and no one can still give definite answer

You need to open the amenities. We as residents pay for it and there is no reason to have them close just because of COVID. It’s kind of hard to understand that everywhere else there is no more restrictions and here you guys just don’t want to open anything. It’s summer and there is kids who need to enjoy the pool.

I am a young professional and moved to the area after grad school. At a first glance the place looked very nice. However after I moved in its been a constant disappointment. The units are old (I believe they were build in 70s) and only had cosmetic maintenance done to them. The heating/cooling systems are inefficient and are so noisy that i would have to turn up the TV volume or walk out to a different room to take a phone call. To make matters worse my AC leaked all over my living room twice damaging my belongings. Floors are creaky and the carpets started shredding after a vacuumed them

DO NOT MOVE HERE OR YOU WILL REGRET IT!!!
* $1,000 per month for thin walls
* Noisy neighbors
* Inept, short-staffed maintenance department
* Broken laundry facilities that never get your clothes clean when they're not out of order.
* Office is 100% apathetic, inept, and rude
* If you love the smell of schedule 1 narcotics then move here because this place is quickly moving towards being the newest Ghetto in Harrisburg.
The bottom line is ... there's WAY better places to live for $1,000 - $2,000 per month.

Have to say Tony's review is spot on. It's a safe place to live, but the rent is high for the area and things are hit-or-miss.

I've never had any real issues with the maintenance people and their service. The only time I had a complaint was when they left a caulking gun sitting in the middle of our living room floor after they had fixed something in our apartment and had left. We have a cat, and I don't need her thinking it's a snack. I called and got an apology and they came and got the gun shortly afterwards.

I would like to add that I do feel very secure living here

I lived here a couple times and will give you the run down.

Pros:

* Close to where I needed to be (work/school)
* Management was nice for the most part.
* Free laundry room on site (it does get crowded though)
* Facilities "Gym" (Just a room with weights, one bike, two treadmills, and one elliptical machine with big TV), pool but you have to pay for a pass for both you and any guests, tennis courts (2 courts).
* I feel safe here.

Cons:

* Parking - There are visitor lots for your guests but everyone ignores it so if you come home after 10pm chances are you have to park in another
