We rented a condo for a week and it was absolutely amazing. We relaxed on the balcony overlooking the ocean, took walks down the private stairs to the beach, and slept by the moon light. For a night or a week, the condos and corresponding Inn at Nye Beach are great destinations.
We encountered very professional staff, nice rooms, great parking and excellent views. I would highly recommend for your next visit.

The location is great, close to everything we like in Newport. Great beach access. No air conditioning available at the location. The association between the condos and hotel could be better, but I understand that the condos are independently owned. I'm sure the hotel is nice - would like to tour for next year.

I had a wonderful stay! The condo was a vacation rental property. The owners had it set up nicely, decorated in an aquarium theme. They had all the amenities one could need and it was especially cozy. Right above the beach with access, I spent the night sitting on the patio listening to the ocean. It was wonderful!

Nice staff & lovely location on the beach. But dirty dishes left in the dishwasher and the floor was FILTHY. No walking barefoot! Not to mention a tub that didn't drain, shampoo dispenser without shampoo and so on. Oh and although check in was supposed to be at 4:00, the room wasn't ready until 6:00. But the worst was the dirt. I've stayed in a lot of lower end motels, but never one so dirty. There are actually two condo facilities here. Ours was the lower end one. Looking at the positive reviews, stressing the cleanliness, I suspect those refer to the other facility.

We enjoy the stay but the floors were very dirty. We had to wear our shoes because our feet became so dirty. The view is spectacular love the beach access, great excersise. Great a little porch. Electrical outlet in the master bathroom did not work.
They was a lot of mold on the inside of the master shower. Plenty of linens and kitchen utensils for the amount of people. I think who's ever cleaning the house and windows needs to get a lesson in housekeeping.

Great view . We stayed in 303, the place had some stuff that didn't work like the fireplace, stove looks old. The lights they put outside at night shines like daylight in room. We came back the first day to 5 of are cookies missing. It's supposed to be a smoke free room and someone smokes are in the kitchen.
