Located on Yaquina John Point, Sea Breeze Suites is next to one of the longest beaches on the Central Oregon Coast. Guests enjoy four unique suites just steps from the beach and about four blocks from downtown Waldport. Each suite has been decorated and furnished with the Oregon Coast visitor in mind.
The Oregon Coast Aquarium is a world-class marine educational attraction nestled on beautiful Yaquina Bay in Newport, Oregon. The Aquarium is a living classroom for all learning styles and ages. As one of Oregon's top tourist attractions, the Aquarium is a vital educational resource for the state. The Aquarium strives to be a center of excellence for ocean literacy and plays an active role in conservation and animal rehabilitation efforts.
Sea Breeze Suites is located on the central Oregon coast, about 15 miles south of Newport and about 37 miles north of Florence on the corner of Coast Highway 101 and Corona Court. Coming from the north, you'll drive through Waldport and up the hill. Turn right on Corona Ct. We'll be on your immediate left.

Perfect little place! The layout was awesome for our 3 year old and us. All the kitchen utinsels we could need. Close access (within 30 mins) to all sorts of fun stuff to the north and south. Ripleys believe it or not, the Oregon aquarium, sea lion caves, countless shops and restaurants (including one you can literally eat with the sea lions). The beach was perfect and secluded, we didnt see hardly any other people on the beach. I definitely will be staying here again!

Renting from Jeff was super easy. Sea Breeze Suites is located on the south end of town in Waldport, Oregon right off the highway so finding it is easy and its so centrally located to everything we wanted to see and do. It is a 4 plex and we stayed in the Alsea Suite #1 (lower). We were pleasantly surprised to find a brand new TV (complete with Netflix, Amazon Prime, etc...), new dishes in the kitchen. The heating working EXTREMELY well. You can go out front or open your window and hear the ocean at night. The neighborhood is pretty quiet and we felt safe. The unit is clean (very important to us

Nice little place close to the beach that was just perfect for two people. Everything worked for cooking with lots of dishes/pots and pans. The few things we had issues with we worked out with Jeff, the owner. Centrally located on the Oregon coast so you can spend part of your stay exploring the north half and then the south half of the coast.

We really enjoyed our experience here! My wife, myself, and our 5 kids came along for the journey! Jeff was great to work with us on being able to extend our stay and also in giving insight into local places to visit. The rooms were clean and tidy, and the kitchen had everything we needed. The beach was a perfect distance away for our family. We really enjoyed our time at the ocean as well as the calm nature of the condo.
