As a local realtor, I've had the opportunity to work with Lee and Donna many times. Lee is smart as a whip and Donna is very savvy. I have seen only the best from this company. I know that they are strict and by the rules. But, they immediately respond to my needs when issues arise from properties that I deal with that they manage. I cannot say how they react to tenants, but I have never been disappointed in their response to my needs.

We rented a duplex from these folks for about a year and a half. They were great to work with and we were very pleased. I can highly recommend them as landlords.

I'm am owner, out of town owner.. this is the best management company I have ever had. lLee and crew are top notch!! No problems In the many years we have worked together.

Rude people. Do not rent from these power mongers. They’ll try to run your whole life. It’s a creepy level of rule infliction. Like they have nothing better to do but make rules.

I have been renting for yaquina bay property management for over 13 years, and three diffrent houses. I have always received my full deposit minus the carpet cleaning fee witch was agreed upon in my lease. This last house as I moved out, I thought I had cleaned it good enough, but Donna went over things I had missed and needed to go back and re do. It took me about another 5 hours of cleaning, but I did to it and ravaged my full deposit back. I was reading comments for other people on here about not getting their deposit back, and from my experience, it sounds like they should have done a better

Most knowledgeable property managers in town.. They know all the rules, follow them, and treat everyone fairly! Great group to know.

I wish I could give this place a zero. My fiancé moved in to one of there rentals, because of the speed he needed the place, it wasn’t cleaned, the floor boards by the door are rotten, there was holes everywhere, and the toilet leaked horribly which they did not in the two years he stayed there get fixed, the garage door was not working, and it smelt horrible of smoke. There was burn marks all over the carpet, which was already torn by the kitchen and front door. I would visit him on the weekends, and seen him replace, clean, completely fix up what he could. They do not have any maintenance

At first we thought this rental agency might be legitimate. Were very nice moving in. As we moved out, the story changed. I hired a professional cleaner to clean my apartment and took photos upon moving out. They charged me nearly $300 to clean a spot in the carpet and in the cleaning report said they had to clean 2 tubs, even though my unit only had 1. I fought to get my money back, but wasn't given a penny. Worst property management company I've had to work with.

Very friendly and nice to rent from. All maintenance was taken care of very fast and professionally. I just don't understand some of the other reviews. Must not have done their part.
