Andover Pump Company is top notch! Probably about 10yrs ago they replaced my well pump and tank. They were prompt and very courteous. Another company abandoned the job, told me they would have to come back to find the problem, left me without water and didn't seem to care. Andover Pump Company diagnosed the problem and replaced my pump and tank in 1 day. I'm very grateful to have chose them. Especially when having well water was fairly new to me and I had no idea what company to pick when looking through the yellow pages. I made the right choice and would HIGHLY recommend them.

Simply the best! Referred to by Heine Plumbing for our no water and no pump coming on issue. We cannot say enough about how happy we were from the initial phone call all the way to completion of the job! Awesome! The crew knows their stuff and were fantastic every step of the way! Did such a good job cleaning up, it was hard to tell they were even there! Our pump is no longer from the 70's and in our garage! It seemed like a massive complicated job to us, but it was just another work day for them! Thank you again for coming out so fast, locating our well, and getting water back to us! Highly recommend

Andover installed our well pump 4 years ago-still working great. Last night we had a power failure and when power came on, we had no water pressure. When I spoke to Bob (owner- answered the call after hours,) he diagnosed the problem over the phone eliminated the need for a service call which saved me considerable time and money. We were up and running due to a low pressure cut off switch that Bob "walked me through" over the phone!!! Thank you Bob at Andover. No need to go anywhere else for such professional, honest service!

I didn't actually engage Andover Pump but when i called about having my septic tank pumped they explained they didn't do that but provided me with John Matthes Septic Pumping and since we had a 5 star experience with Matthes i feel Andover Pump deserves the same. I'm so happy i called Andover Pump and certainly will if I'm ever in need of their services.

Well No pun intended Pump at my home died Last Thursday at around 8.30pm called Andover Pump they showed up around 9am Friday having no water just sucks!
Background well is 375' deep pump is set at 240'.
at 11.30 am they were done. cost was $1824.00 quoted price at the start of the job.
Could I have gotten it done cheaper ?
Sure, same make and model # pump online is $575.00 plus shipping 5 to 7 days to get it .Then try to locate some guy to put it in no thanks!
All and all this is a fine company !
They just come in and get it done right !
5 year warranty the one online is one year.

We were referred to Andover Pump by our neighbor. We called and spoke to Sherry and then Bob who was extremely helpful. After providing a general description of the problem we were dealing with (air in water lines throughout the house), Bob decided to send a crew out to investigate.
Lou & Matt arrived within the hour and identified the problem within 4 mins of looking at our well pump. They provided us with an estimate for the entire job and took care of us immediately, Same day service-who does that?
We cannot say enough good things about Lou and Matt, they were knowledgeable, friendly, honest

The best!!! These guys are very knowledgeable, courtesy and efficient! They are my go to guys for all future well and pump issues! Previous home owner did work himself and nothing was properly installed. They redid my entire well system; well, pipes, pump and tank and its in perfect working order. These guys do excellent work, I would highly recommend them. They diagnosed the issues and the well pump needed to be replaced. Other companies I called estimated 4-6 hours (expensive) to do this job, They had it done within 2 hours (190 foot well) and explained everything. Very reasonably priced, very professional, and quality workmanship.
