Therapeutic massage incorporates a variety of advanced modalities that enhance the body's natural restorative functioning, release tension, relax muscles, increase blood and lymph circulation, and impart a sense of calm. Work done deep within the muscles and connective tissue. Slow strokes and deep finger pressure work to release contracted areas of muscles and surrounding tissue.

Charlie is amazing! She takes the time to get to know her clients and listens to any issues that may be occurring. She takes time to communicate what she will be doing. Her space is clean and most importantly, her massages are amazing!

Charlie is THE BEST masseuse I've ever had. She is very knowledgeable and professional.
