This service includes comprehensive physical exams as well as treatment of both acute and chronic and illnesses. Services offered include in-house blood draws, EKG's as well as a variety of other tests. Medication management is patient-centered care that optimizes safe, effective, appropriate drug therapy.

Terrible place for any for of medical treatment! Not a single doctor works there only aprn. They know nothing other than medication regulation after seeimg a doctor and being prescibed. Theyre a drug rehab outpatient clinic. They should not be marketed as anything else. Stay away from there or you will get worse.

The place is so warm and welcoming.They are all so nice. They treat you like they've known you forever .If you send them a text. It's in a matter of seconds.they will reply. I see Jamie Machado. She is so sweet and checks out everything. No stone unturned She is so smart. The only negative thing I can say, is that I did not start coming here years ago. I love everything about the place and all the people

Ex patient of Jenny Cannon. Found her a year ago when looking for a new primary to handle my complex, degenerative and sometimes very painful condition. If you struggle with addiction and need help getting and staying clean, this is your place. If you suffer from a chronic painful condition that can be severe at times, occasionally requiring pain medication, this is not your place.

It was by chance that I found Jenn Cannon , lucky for me I did. Words can not express the great care I receive along with the compassion they have for their clients. My wait time is never long , the staff is friendly. I have never been rushed through an appt . It's nice to have a provider that can spend time to actually talk to you. I would highly reccomend them.

I am so grateful to have found Jaimie Machado and Synergy Health! I had pretty much given up on finding a provider who actually took the time with me and didn’t brush off my concerns regarding my health. Jaimie is amazing! For the first time in a long time I feel as though I am being heard and have a found a provider that is compassionate and actually takes the time with me to make me feel as though I have a voice in the care that she provides. Finding Jaimie, I feel as though I have found a provider who knows me and doesn’t just see me as another name on a chart.

Jaimie is very unreliable and not dependable. She only prescribes a 3 day supply of meds when theres nobody to contact over the weekend should you run out, which would be very detrimental to somebody in recovery. She will tell you that your depression is making you look like your “decomposing”, and decided to DECREASE an anti-depressant (when it’s a small dose to begin with) in that very same appointment. She also did not attend a meeting that included other providers when she was expected by all to attend.

I had a sore throat for 3 weeks. Went to see Jennifer Cannon for diagnosis and treatment. Jennifer told me it was just irritated from post nasal drip. Two days later, I went to the emergency walk in and was correctly diagnosed with strep throat. That amongst others is why I call this place my biggest mistake.

I can not say enough good about this facility, all the Doctors, and their employees. I have finally found an office where they actually care about their patients... Their facility is emmaculate, their coffee is outstanding (very considerate), but how they go above and beyond for patients is greatly appreciated... Just because you don't have money, and are on state medical benefits, does not mean you don't deserve this kind of treatment... We are all human and always deserve, not only what's right for one is right for another, but we also deserve the best, no matter what... So I am personally thanking
