Sometime during the night of 8/23 my vehicle was broken into in downtown Tacoma. My passenger window was nothing but shards of glass.
Of course, I didn't want to drive around with just a trash bag as my window, so we called up Genuine Auto Glass of Puyallup and spoke to a very polite woman. She was able to get us an appointment the next morning. When I went to pick up my car today, the window was not only fixed but they even vacuumed out my interior.
It would be rather unfortunate if we encountered another break-in, but if we do, we know Genuine's got our backs.

I needed a complete windshield replacement. I was blown away by how easy it was and how much service and help they gave from the start. Very prompt on getting everything done. At the shop I was amazed at how friendly everyone was... Seriously I did not expect everyone from the office administrators to the shop workers to be so friendly. Everyone smiled and said hi or something nice. Totally impressed with every aspect.

I had a really positive experience with this business. The people I worked with were friendly and accommodating when this kind of thing can really stress me out (I have zero idea what I'm doing) and they made it quick and easy, while never making me feel like an idiot. It is clear they are popular because of the amount of customers they served in the time I waited for my vehicle. I would absolutely recommend.

My back windshield shattered unexpectedly and they got me in as soon as possible. They fixed my car in 2 days and kept it secure over night during the repair process. They were extremely thorough about the repair process and cost. The price was better than most options I checked and they were recommended by my dealership. From the customer service to the technicians who did the repair, everyone was very nice. They were also a very clean shop and were practicing COVID precautions as well. I will send everyone I know here when they need a glass repair! Thank you again!

Quick and easy and staff is very friendly. Didn't have a appointment and needed a rock chip repaired called them and they said to come down at my convenience and they were very quick to help me would definitely recommend them for all vehicle glass repairs. Genuine greeted me upon entry with very friendly staff. I had a crack in my windshield that was less than a quarter. They expedited my car to get me in and out within 15 minutes. Then they went above and beyond and vacuumed the interior of my car. If their service level is this good with small tasks, you better believe I'll be taking my car there to them for the big task. Excellent customer service

They can accommodate any schedule and also have mobile shops that can come to you for full replacement services. They also have many locations in surrounding cities to service different communities.

We had our windshield replaced at the Puyallup shop April 2019. Everyone was just great, friendly, very knowledgeable, and took time to answer questions. When we got back from lunch the car was parked in front of the office with a new windshield, all glass washed inside and out, and interior vacuumed. Very happy with the workmanship and the free chip repair if needed. Good people.

I had 2 dings to have repaired on my truck.
They were very busy and didn't have time to get them done right away as I didn't call for an appointment. He said "wait, I'll figure something out". Came back in 45 seconds and made it happen. 27 minutes later I had 2 chips filled and they had a very satisfied customer!!! The only place I'll do any auto glass.

I had a golf ball sized rock hit my windshield on the drive to work ! I called genuine auto glass and they were able to give me a quote my and order the windshield right away! Came back and hour and a half later they took my car in and were able to replace the windshield in 2 hours! The waiting room was nice and warm ! The staff was awesome, understanding and helpful(Jennifer and Lacey ) I would definitely recommend this auto shop to replace your windshield in a heart beat !

Tried to contact the owner of genuine regarding employees speeding to and from the car dealers from river rd. Neighbors are sick of watching employees treating cars like their personal property, speeding down 5 th Ave nw !!!! Speed limit is 25mph not 55. Followed one guy to the back parking lot. said he would stop, we will see

Terrible work, we had to take my car back because they didn't seal the new windshield correctly, took it back (2nd appointment) and they didn't have the replacement windshield, had to go back again (3rd appointment) finally replaced it. Very poor customer service!! Will never go back or refer anyone here!!!!

The folks at this shop were very friendly and helpful. It's hard to find really good customer service these days with people who are both personable and knowledgable. I was about to pay a ton for what was actually a small problem. They could have taken me for a ride, but the guy helping me pointed out the problem and gave me a quick fix I could do at home myself. Took it home and a month later the problem is still solved. Saved me over a hundred bucks! I appreciate finding honest people in any facet of the auto industry. I'll definitely take any future glass work here!
