I can not say how awesome these guys are. On short notice. They was able to get my truck in that was leaking water into the cabin. They pulled the windshield showed me a issue and offered several choices for repair. Repair was made and new windshield installed. 10 out of 10. Would and will recommend this shop to anyone I know that needs glass repaired or replaced .

Apparently there's a windshield shortage, but after calling a few other places & being told it would be months, Apex found one for my car! Fast & easy replacement. Will definitely take our other cars there!

Was referred by my son. Did about half dozen calls to get quotes as I wasn't using insurance. He gave me the best deal. Andrew was quick, professional, and really nice. So glad I made the extra drive from auburn to use his services. I highly recommend him.

Andrew does a flawless job every single time. I have him handle every windshield that I need replaced and he’s excellent. I did auto glass replacement for years and for me it’s a better deal on my end to pay their reasonable prices vs doing it myself and the time spent. This place is awesome. In the middle of the night kayak sell out of my rafters and destroyed my wind shield on my truck. Try to find somebody right away to fix the windshield and everybody was full. Apex was full also but I told him how about it was and he was able to fit me into a schedule and stayed late after work to get me back on the road. They did a high quality job at a really fair price

I own a 75000 dollar truck with 8000 miles on it. Bought it brand new and a rock put a 4 foot long crack across my windshield. Apex did such a good job with the replacement I cant even tell it's a different windshield.

Made an appointment the day before for 1:00 Friday. Got there at 12:45 and was told I should of called you I don't have the windshield yet it won't be here until 2:30. Bad business to inconvenience a customer who drove a ways to get there. Will go elsewhere they don't deserve my business. Lots of other windshield places

I had a side window replaced several years ago for my Ford Ranger. This place did a nice job, no complaints. Last fall my GMC Canyon had a bad leak under the driver side mat. So I went in to have the front windshield seal replaced. He checked it first & it wasn't the problem. So he spent lots of time checking everything. In fact he went above & beyond to find that leak. As it turned out, the leak was caused by the seal on the high mounted brake light. He fixed it & it didn't leak 1 drop during our last very wet winter. Excellent service and fast, called Tuesday and could've had appointment on Thursday but I was busy so went in on Friday, took less than hour to replace my windshield. He also replaced my Daughters windshield and she is extremely happy to.

I have to say I have had other places replace my windshield before and have been unhappy. Poor quality glass, rattles, and poor service. My experience at Apex in Bonney Lake was SO POSITIVE! Andrew is so knowledgeable and skilled at what he does and made sure I was completley satisfied with the work before I left. When I noticed a bit of distortion in the new glass Andrew was quick to order a replacement, got me in as soon as it was in and was understanding and professional about it. My new windshield is perfect! So happy. Will definitely refer friends to Andrew and would use his shop again.

Andrew met my husband at the shop. What a nice guy. We had a baseball go through our back window. We had time to price around. they had the best price.. We did notice with some places they weren't very honest about the quotes. Andrew was honest and got the job done in an afternoon. i vacuumed the car all out. I went Apex glass on the recommendation of a friend. Andrew was great. He did the back window on my jeep grand cherokee. He did great work for a fair price. Vehicle was done on time and price was as quoted.
Everything went so smooth with my jeep, I also had him replace the windshield on my business van. This time I made an appointment to have him replace while I waited. 1 hour turn around time. And fair price exactly as quoted.

The people here are wonderful! I had a piece of glass I needed cut down to fit an outside light, and they cut it down for free! Before you ask, no I didn't buy the glass from them. However, they still did the modification on it for free. Took almost 20 minutes of work to get the piece to fit, and they still wouldn't take any payment.

They do windshields and all kinds of other glass work, if you live in the area, come by and have Apex take care of you!
