At Master Auto Glass we usually prefer to repair the windshield rather than replacing it because it is cheaper for you and better for the environment. Often times, (depending on your insurance coverage), the insurance company is willing to pay for your rock chip repair, so you don't have to pay anything, its absolutely free to you.
Our business is open Monday - Friday: 08:00 am - 05:00 pm, Saturday: by appointment only and Sunday: Closed. However, often times if you are not available during our business hours, we can try to work out a time outside our hours to schedule an appointment to accommodate your schedule. Understanding that you have busy schedule, we usually try to work around your schedule, to even if it means working outside of our business hours.

Master Auto Glass had the lowest quote I found for a window replacement. They were able to fit me into their schedule sooner than I had expected, the tech who came to my house was friendly and professional, the whole job took about 20 minutes, and the new window looks/works great! If you need auto glass work in Auburn, this is the place to get it done.

From here on out, I will be using and referring everyone to this business! They had the lowest quote out of all the companies that I called, so they stay fair to prices instead of gouging! The gentleman who installed my windshield also took a look at passenger window that had fallen off it’s track and quickly fixed it. I could not be more happy with the service! This is my 2nd time this year my car was broken into. The first one was fixed but a part was broken unable to use window so he fixed it until I can find the part for it. Today for my 2nd time different window and different company the technician fixed it and fixed my issue on the first window. “Amazing service” highly recommended trust me I called 4-5 auto glass company and this one was by far the best price and best service thank you so much. The fact he understood our situation and how upset we were about the break in. We are forever thankful.

They showed up late, but that was the only critique, and the tech was very professional and apologetic about it and got to me quickly. Once he got to me went right to work and took care of business and was very easy going and courteous. that goes a long way in my book. but I see why he was late great personality and also a perfectionist that really make sure it's done right to where nothing goes wrong. the price was great, the customer experience was beyond expectations. I definitely vouch for this company and choose their services. couldn't ask for a first time experience on getting windshield

I had a truck throw up rocks hitting my car. What I thought was one rock chip turned out to be two ,Ijor did a great job in repairs ,very reasonable price ,Very polite & friendly ,came to my home making this also easier for myself. My literal hero’s!!! I had them replace a car door window 9 months ago. They did a great job then and said they guarantee their work. Yesterday my window they fixed unexpectedly fell into the door. They came today and fixed it no problem. Great communication and willing to go above and beyond. Extremely impressed with this family run business.

This week I had my car broken into and my purse stolen. While I called many different auto glass repair shops this one had by far the best price. They came to my home in Tacoma and repaired it in less than an hour. The repair man Igor was very friendly & professional & I felt completely satisfied with his work. I would HIGHLY recommend this company for any job & am so grateful to have my car back to normal.
