Interacting Matt on the phone; he was very helpful and cordial. I had to place an order for a window from AZ with him. However, he called me later that day and said he sourced one for me. I wouldn't have to wait a week for it to arrive. Great customer service Matt! Not to mention the best prices around town. They also provided mobile service, very accommodating for my circumstance.
Jason the technician arrived on time. He had two windows to replace on separate vehicles. Jason was super knowledgeable, quick and efficient on completing the repairs, and left the work area cleaner than when he arrived

Absolutely phenomenal, I called many places for a quote and this was the lowest charging for my 1999 Nissan Altima. I had Jason install my window and he was absolutely great he was on time his energy was just really nice he made the situation way better made me feel like a person. After the police and my apartment complex failed to do anything of the sort I highly recommend and hopefully don’t have to use again but if I have to I will definitely choose them

Highly recommend!!! From the person who answered the phone to the gentleman that came out to fix my car window they treated me with nothing but kindness. The price was so much better AND they had the earliest appointment of any other company in town. Awesome service even better prices!!! Thank you guys so much for making an unfortunate event like my car getting broken into such an easy fix!!!

I absolutely love using blue ribbon! A couple years ago they came to my job and fixed my busted out window while I was at work. Then they came out to my house today and replaced a cracked windshield. Under 45 minutes and better priced then everywhere else I've called. Also they were the only ones to get my window within a week as everyone else was claiming to be over a month out.. I highly recommend using this service. The owner is really nice and super friendly.!! 10 stars hands down

Tree branch through the windshield day before, needed replaced ASAP, I called 18 different places first thing in the morning, blue ribbon was the only one who could come out same day, gave me a quote at 350~ after tax, etc, had my 90s Honda civic windshield in stock, arrived couple hours later, not crazy cheap but considerably better that many of the other places, plus communicative, professional, SUPER FAST, worked with me. Only 3 of the 18 Tacoma places I called, left messages and emails with got back to me within 2 hours, blue ribbon communicated and knew when where how much etc that it was

This service was great! I had just come back from a rotation and went out to my car this morning to see my driver side window had been broken into. Noticed at 6am, called around a few places and scheduled an appointment with these guys! Jason was here early, and finished the job super fast and well! He explained it all great, and did an amazing job! Appreciative that we were able to get this finished today and wish such great ease! I would recommend. If my window ever gets broken again I know I’ll contact them, but hopefully I’ll never need to.

This place is a hidden gem! I had been shopping around for windshield replacement on my car, and Blue Ribbon easily beat competitors prices. To top it off, the tech arrived on time and was very professional as well as quick. You can tell he knows his stuff, and did a great job. Mobile service to the house was great as well! Great experience from start to finish. I shopped many windshield replacement shops and received very high quotes. When I called Blue Ribbon, Matt answered the phone and was very pleasant and he quoted me a much much lower cost.
He is a small local company which is awesome ! I was able to get an appointment ASAP and the installer Jason was on time, personable and professional. It worked out nice having them come to place of business , no day of, no waiting room to sit in.

After researching pricing to replace my windshield Blue Ribbon was the best. I'm so glad I went with this company. Matt is the owner/operator. He came to install within two days of my call. Very quick :) He came out to my house, on time, and was very friendly. I love to support local businesses and it turns out Blue Ribbon is just that. Matt came to my car to replace my windshield which was completely shattered. He was in and out in a little over an hour, and did exceptional work. His prices are very competitive, beating out Safelite and anyone else in the area. Very polite and professional, I very highly recommend Blue Ribbon and, although I hope to never have to use his services again, I will certainly call Matt again if the need ever arises!

After dancing the incompetency tango with two other glass shops, I called Blue Ribbon on the strength of their Yelp reviews. A human being actually answered the phone! And he ACTUALLY HAD THE GLASS FOR MY VEHICLE [gasp!]. Heck, this guy knew more about my car than I did!
Matt was able to come out to my workplace and install the glass promptly and his price was better than the other two quotes I received.
So don't go to the guys who rhyme with MAFELITE or Jamie Moyer's buds in SoDo, give Blue Ribbon a call.

Three years ago, Blue Ribbon Auto Glass replaced a windshield on my car. They did a great job. This year, during one of the torrential rainstorms, my car leaked. I called Blue Ribbon because they had replaced the windshield and it had a lifetime warranty. Matt K. came to our home and spent almost two hours of his work day looking for the leak. He was competent and knowledgable, and used many different testing methods to determine its cause. Although he couldn't locate the leak, I am satisfied that he was thorough. He was prompt, efficient and thorough. The mobile service was perfect -- no need to haul kids to a waiting room to wait with me. There was broken glass all over my car (where my children sit) and he vacuumed so well I haven't found a stray piece yet.

Found this great company on Yelp, they came out to my workplace and expertly installed a new windshield for our vw Touareg. They were priced very well compared to other companies we called for an estimate And were just a pleasure to work with. Professional and courteous, which is so hard to find these days. This friendliest and most prompt mobile service you could ask for. Commuting from Seattle to Tacoma, I've gotten my fair share of dings & cracks, and Matt has come to me on short notice, always with a smile, and on time. Saves me the trouble of having to take time out to go to a shop, and somehow he's always able to fit me in. When I had my car broken into and I was missing a rear window, he was the only one able to provide same-day service so I wouldn't need to drive or park overnight with a missing window. Can't recommend him highly enough.

Amazing service, amazing work, and so fast! I was SO pleased with this experience. I highly recommend. The guy that helped me was awesome. And it was affordable, especially compared to a quote for a place recommended by my insurance company. This was for a shattered side window. It's been a couple of months, and the work is solid. Very happy!
