Westwood's Preschool is a faith-based preschool that is part of Westwood Community Church's efforts to serve both our congregation and our community.
Our purpose is to provide opportunities for children to grow physically, relationally, cognitively, and spiritually through our caring staff and well-designed programs. We seek to nurture children's experience of God's love and grace by teaching and modeling Christian values. The staff at Westwood Preschool meet and exceed education and experience qualifications set by the Department of Human Services and NAEYC Accreditation standards.

Services
Westwood Preschool is a Christian preschool affiliated with Westwood Community Church in Chanhassen, Minnesota. The staff, all members of the church, strive to teach the values of the Christian faith to the children through guided conversation, spontaneous teachable moments, Bible teachings and songs.
Each day at Westwood Preschool offers purposeful and productive time carefully planned and implemented by qualified staff. Children will be most ready to learn and have fun if well rested, nourished and comfortably dressed. Washable play clothes (we do get messy here!) and tennis shoes are best for our active program.
Children can enjoy Lunch Bunch from 11:20am-12:45pm on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Sign-up forms will be sent home in the preschool folder. To sign up, complete the form with requested dates and return to preschool along with payment. A confirmation of reserved dates will be sent home for reference.
