No guarantee they'll ever pick up your vehicle. Customer service gave me a four day window for pickup. It came and went. No message. No pickup. They say they have 24/7 customer service. They don't. They have a messaging system they don't answer. Now they're charging me $150 because I can no longer be on site to hand over my vehicle. Customer service rep could be heard stifling laughter as she talked to me when I asked to speak to a manager.

National Auto told me they use their own Driver and trucks. Our car arrived 10 days late (missing my wife's birthday) and was totally damaged. The driver barely spoke english and waited until night to drop the car to hid that it's damage. Two Months later I have yet to receive a call or email from National Auto or Hannah. They had subcontracted the job to a carrier that does not have a valid insurance policy. Our Volvo XC90 has $12,000 in damage and National Auto DOES NOT CARE ONE BIT. I WOULDN'T USE THIS COMPANY IF IT WAS FREE!!!

I would never use or recommend this company again. We requested a quote to transport a VW Trike from AZ to ID and requested an enclosed trailer. We were quoted $895 and asked for $295 deposit with the remaining $600 due in cash or cashiers check upon delivery. We were given an estimates pick up date of 1/14 but nothing else. We actually received more information about the driver and pick up times from the seller of the trike than we ever did from the dispatch office.

When I called on 1/11 to verify when to be home for delivery and that the driver would be able to properly secure the trike

Had a scheduled pick up time of October 15th-17th. No one showed up to pick up my vehicle and no response when I was trying to figure out if anyone was coming. Finally got a call on the 18th that they were coming to get my vehicle but I had already left the state on the 18th to move. They only refunded me $45 of my $295 deposit because they said that I was the one that canceled when they NEVER showed up for their 3 day pick up window. I have been disputing this charge to get my full deposit back for almost 3 months now and no luck. Do yourself a favor and save the headache. DO NOT HIRE. I have

I contracted with and paid National a deposit on 11-26 to pick up my motorcycle in Oregon and deliver to a shipping company in San Diego, no later than 12-27 (2 days before the ship was departing for Hawaii) and an estimated P/U date of 12-21. So, they had a full month to get the bike from Oregon to San Diego. And I was told when I paid the deposit that the balance would be due upon delivery to the shipping company (PASHA) in San Diego.
Fast forward to 12-23 when I get a call from a guy that says he is the driver that is scheduled to pick up my bike and that I need to Venmo him the balance due

When my motorcycle arrived one week late after very poor communication, I was told by the driver that it was my responsibility to help him unload it. He never asked for my health status. I called national auto shipping and the manager yelling at me telling me that "I was what is wrong in the world and that I should be helping". I had paid a lot of money for a service and do not have the physical condition to help unload a motorcycle from a truck, that was never taken into consideration. *BUYER BEWARE*
We hired this company (National Auto Shipping) to transport a sold truck to one of our customers. The truck was damaged in transport, which is understandable that accidents happen. The reason we are disgusted with our experience is because National Auto Shipping wants nothing to do with helping make it right. We have received little to no response from them and when we have talked to them, they want to blame someone else instead of taking care of their customer. We are out a lot of time and money, with still no help from National Auto Shipping. I would be very careful before hiring

I purchased a Harley from a dealership in north central Iowa, and I live in northeast Indiana. After weighing my options to acquire it myself, I decided using a "professional" would take the hassle out of it for me. I got a quote from this company (National Auto Shipping) online, and thought it was reasonable, so I moved forward with it. I confirmed with a sales rep via email that they could pick my bike up Thurs - Sat that week, and have it to me 2-3 days later, which was perfect as I needed it by Tues of the following week. Horrible experience. They lie and make promises that they don't follow thru with. My car was picked up 3 days late and arrived at the destination 4 days late. Not dependable and the customer service is lousy. Received no updates. I had to keep calling and they kept lying to me over and over again. 4 days late is UNACCEPTABLE. Once you sign the contract the whole story changes. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! This place is a JOKE. The driver couldn't speak English and doesn't know how to tell time. The whole process was RIDICULOUS.

The 6 other companies I called before them either barely spoke English, under quoted me then came in with higher prices, or never returned calls.

National Auto Shipping answered/returned all calls, they shipped the car for the exact amount they quoted me, the car came in perfect shape, and they got the car shipped in 2 days from Michigan to Fort Lauderdale. I have zero complaints and wouldn't hesitate to use them again. I think most of these negative reviews are whiners that expect perfection, which you'll never find anywhere.

We contacted National Auto Shipping to transport our car. They picked up our car on 3/11/21 and delivered our car on 3/12/21. According to the photos and BOL there was no damage to the car on pick up. When the car was delivered there was significant damage. Driver said he didn't know what happened. He contacted dispatch who said to get a repair estimate and they would pay cash. Once they got the estimate they changed their mind and wanted us to go through their insurance. They do not have their own truck to move your car/truck. They are a middle man who takes a cut of the price they quote you, and then post the job in hopes that a private driver will pick it up. One missed flight later and across the country move we had to hire a different company because a driver never showed up. After they took our deposit. Scammers. Look up their bbb rating beware. They are the worst! My husband and I will never trust this company again and neither should you.

While National appeared to have some negative reviews, I try to give the benefit of the doubt, not knowing the real truth to some of the reviews. In my particular circumstance it was important to nail the window of pick up time as it was remote and auction style and after just a few day would start accruing storage fees. I relayed this to the rep Jorge P at national express. the day before the window started I called as I didn't hear any update. and said he had a driver ready just needs to do paper work and will have the contract done before End of Day. time pasted ,no call or email.

Avoid this company like the plague! I attempted to work with them to ship a car from PA to NV. I e-mailed the signed contract as requested but then didn't hear from them for two days until I called to verify that they had received it. Once I got them on the phone they immediately charged my credit card but then I never heard from them again until I texted to see if they had found a shipper. When their lack of communication continued, I canceled the order. At that point they immediately responded, claiming they have found a shipper and claiming that if I canceled they would charge me a $250

Will never use them again, I had a date set for picking up a motorcycle, they assured me they would be able to get it on that date. Fast forward almost a week and they still haven't picked it up, so I get to doing some calling etc. Turns out all they are is a broker and the actual company coming to get the bike hadn't even left to pick it up yet. They lied the entire time, blaming weather, and everything else you can imagine, when in all actuality the driver hadn't even left. They have cost me close to $200 in yard fee's and storage because of this. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM

I will never recommend this place to anyone. At the end of June I scheduled to have my car picked up from California and shipped to New Hampshire on August 11th. My first issue came when I had to fill out and sign the contract and after emailing it back to their representative Nina, she told me that she could not see that it was signed. I was confused by this and sent another email with the same attachment and double checked that it was signed, and all her email back said was still no signature, which was an extremely unprofessional way to respond to a customers email. I told the representative from this company that my vehicle had to be picked up by June 29, after that, no one would be there. He said "no problem". They did not show by June 29 and left me hanging. Then, when I told them I would not be using their services and to refund my deposit, they are trying to keep $100 because I cancelled! I didn't cancel, they didn't show up! Now I have to contest the charge with my credit card company. Please do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.

I'm the seller in this transaction and feel horrible for the buyer.
This all started when this outfit was scheduled to pick up a Honda Goldwing that I sold online to a buyer in Utah on Thursday.
No Show/No Call.
Friday I called the carrier who told me that it would be later that afternoon. Again, No Show/No Call.
I called Friday evening and was told that he'd be here Saturday.
You guessed it. No Show/No Call.
Monday morning rolls around and I called again and was given a cell number and asked to call John the driver which I did and that he'd be here around 4:00.

A complete headache from start to finish. Unreliable information, blatant lies and rude employees. 24 hour dispatch never answered one of my 5 calls nor did they return the message I left.

Pickup was days late to begin with and they sent an open car carrier for my motorcycle and almost dropped it twice getting it on. This didnt work, they blamed the driver were rude to me saying I purchased the "standard shipping". I didnt realize standard shipping meant an incompatible carrier that I had to assist the dirty driver in lifting the bike onto in my work clothes. Finally they sent a motorcycle

I would highly recommend staying clear of this company. 2.5 Starts on Yelp is being generous.

I put in two orders, my Kia Sedona and my Harley Davidson Street Glide to be collected on the 21st December. Deposits taken, dates set. All is good. 21st arrives, no phone calls, nobody turns up and of course it's Saturday so they are closed and I cannot call them. I leave a voicemail regardless.

22nd, still closed and still nobody shows up. I leave another voicemail, urging them to call me as soon as they open on Monday. Monday, no driver and no phone call. I finally get through at 9am to someone

I made contact on June 25th for pick-up on July 1st or anytime before or after. July 3rd was D-Day, I was catching flight back East. understanding the 4th was around the corner I was a little flexible, but for 5 days after securing my CC information I didn't receive a call or any form of communication until I threaten to post on consumer affairs, BBB, and Yelp.

I had to cancel fight (-$250) had to stay in hotel for 4 additional days waiting to be contacted. (-$400). said the hell with it and drove to GA.

If I could give a minus star I would. I called multiple times, sent emails, text messages
