We have been renting a fabulous house in Rotonda West for 2 months over the last 5 years. Place in the Sun has professionally managed this location for the entire time period. In the last few years, the new owners, Mike and Madeline have proven to be a formidable team in supporting our ongoing needs and issues. They are both prompt and courteous in responding to any of the very few issues we have including fixing a broken washing machine in advance of company arrival. Our place is always impeccably clean and tidy on arrival and the grounds and pool are maintained to very high standards. I can absolutely
